Really great service and the food was absolutely Delicious. Highly recommend it for a good meal. They were on top of their game.

The country chicken breast and gravy WAS DELICIOUS AND MOIST! The broccoli was cooked to perfection. Zucchini fries... Yummy ?. A nice place to dine. It was my first time there. Excellent customer service.

We waited 10+ minutes and no one greeted us or came to our table. The waitress served 2 other tables that got there AFTER we did and did not acknowledge that we were even there. We walked out ??♀️ and will not be coming back. I'll make sure my friends know about our experience too. We'll be going to Texas Roadhouse from now on. Good service is worth the drive

This is my first time at Logan's. It reminds me a lot of Texas Roadhouse. Peanut shells everywhere and the yummy fresh bread rolls that keeps coming out. I decided on the fried cheese half pound cheese burger because I wasn't in the mood for steak tonight. The burger was delicious but it wasn't perfect. The cheese was breaded and...... FRIED. Exactly what the menu said I was just surprised about the execution. It was my first time ever seeing a cheeseburger without any condiments and sauce on it already. Easy fix tho, because I asked our wonderful server to grab me some mayonnaise. The burger was fantastic after mayo and ketchup. Maybe they did this on purpose? I know some don't like any sauce on their burgers but I like my mayo. My buddy that I went with got the prime rib..... maybe I should've gotten steak because he kept raving about how good it was. I'll be back Logan! Your bread rolls and food has got me mesmerized.

Just walked out of Logan's. 2:30 on a Friday afternoon 2/14/2020. Walked in and sat at bar to order a drink and meal. No one would come take our order. Finally walked over to where waitresses were standing and asked if anyone was working bar. One of the girls asked did I mean the actual bar. I said yes. She never answered, said I'll find out or anything. I walked back over and sat down at bar thinking maybe she was to ignorant to know to respond to me, but that she would get somebody. After sitting there a little while longer I realize she could care less. Logan's has some very untrained people. Won' t be back.

Great food, good variety of choices. I ordered brocolli as a side but when it came out it wasn't quite cooked enough. Our waitress went to the back and got me a new one and it was perfect. My steak was cooked perfect.

Great lunch for two today! One of us enjoyed a steak and the other enjoyed salmon. Both were excellent as were the sides. Service was excellent!

Bread is great. Meanwhile my food was cold and they forgot the honey mustard with my chicken tenders, which is obviously essential. The mac & cheese and mashed potatoes are poor quality as well. I was truly looking forward to my meal but alas, I was disappointed. Think I'll continue to eat elsewhere.

Food was good steak had to be cooked again server was good but the issue I have was not with the food or service it was the physical fight there employees where having in the open kitchen and the manager not coming out to apologize I had small children with me I felt like this was very inappropriate and hope that they handle the situation but according to one of the waitresses this happens once every three months
I'm not certain of the validity for the low ratings others have had here. Atmosphere is like the typical Logan's Roadhouse...a homely wood cabin with steaks BBQ, and some seafood options too. Peanut shells on the floor was part of their identity... and if that's why ot,hers have written it off. *shrugs* I'm here on a busy Friday night and the staff is handling customers with ease. Our appetizer was hot and fresh... and came in a timely fashion. Krystal was a great waitress beginning to end.

Service was very fast for bread, but slow with entrees. That could be how many diners there were and it was packed. No complaints there. Drinks were pricey for how long the wait time. Though there were a lot of people. Could we have gotten a small discount on late drinks? Shrimp and rice was cold, but Salmon was hot. My Salmon had a bad smell. Mac and cheese was a little cold as well. Probably best to go when not so busy.

The food is decent, but the service is terrible and is poorly managed so I usually order to go. For example, yesterday I stopped by to place an order and no one is working the door on a Friday afternoon. Since none of the 6 employees standing around seemed interested in helping, I walked over to the bar to place my order as I usually do. This time the bartender refused to take my to go order, and directed me back to where no one was stationed. As I waited, someone finally comes over. As I started to speak, a new customer comes in behind me. For some reason, the employee walks past me to ask new customer what they need. At that point I made the decision to spend my money at one of the other 2 million restaurants in this town that do provide some level of customer service. I won't return.

Was seated and there a bit to hear on New year's Eve they were out of baked potatos because they didn't cook any. We got up and walked out cause when we go to a steak house we want a good baked potato. Get it together people. I might come back but we found longhorns had everything ready and delicious.
