We almost didn't stop because the place was packed! But, we really wanted a steak. We went in and were surprised to be seated right away. I figured we'd be waiting a while for a table! I must say, the host does a phonminal job at getting people seated fast! We were seated near the door and people kept coming, but they all got a seat quickly. Our meal was great too. We both had steaks and they were prepared perfectly. Had a great lunch. Glad we stopped!
We went on a night that was very busy, they were slammed. The wait was reasonable, but the customer service was phenomenal. Julia was pleasant, friendly and super attentive. We were highly impressed with how smooth everything was being ran from the time we ordered to the time the food came out. The food was hot and cooked just right. We highly recommend Longhorns!!
On point. Server was great, food was excellent, the whole crew seemed to be functioning like a well-oiled machine. Can't say the same about Cheddars sadly. We were always Cheddars fans, but Longhorn may be our new spot now. Thanks.
