Luis has consistently GREAT FOOD, and they never disappoint!!! There's nothing I have had there that I didn't like. Mi favoritos are the borrego (lamb)tacos, fresh chicharrones, and the sopes. My way to grade Mexican restaurants is the beans, rice and salsa. If those basics aren't good, I'm questioning everything...
