Love this place and the flavors…never had any customer service issues and have been going 1-2 times weekly for the last couple of months.Sadly I don’t think I will be returning…only because what I believe was a misunderstanding between myself and the manager. I was bringing in a larger container because once you’ve added in your mix ins, the ice cream is very soft and partially melted. If you want hot fudge or hot caramel, half of the ice cream is now soup… which I totally don’t mind. I like ice cream soup! Except by the time I get to the car and I stick my spoon in it, it spills all over the sides onto my clothes in the car seats. The cups are simply not big enough to contain melted ice cream (though they are adequate when the ice cream is frozen). I was informed that I could not bring in a container for them to put the ice cream into for health reasons. Which I understand…it’s not even their decision...health regulations. However, during the conversation, it appeared like the manager was insinuating that I was trying to get extra add-ins with that bigger container…. Which I totally wasn’t. I was simply trying to manage a melted ice cream overflow onto my clothes with a larger vessel, etc.But overall love the ice cream and the staff has been lovely to me.

By the time I get home I have a mess in my car. Today one of the associates finally recommended to put the ice cream in a pint cup since they do not have tops to cover my item. My only recommendation is to order tops that actually fit the medium bowls.

Came in tonight around 9. Horrible service. The 2 girls in the front, looked to be of high school age, were very rude. Rolled their eyes several times because I misunderstood whether my toppings were to be on top or mixed in. No greet, no thank you, nothing. And yes, we still tipped. Really disappointed.
