HORRIBLE SERVICE. If i could give zero stars I would complete incompetence. Delivery driver delivered COLD pizza to the wrong address TWICE. Manager Avery has no control or answers for her staff. Just do carry out or avoid this location all together

Will never order from this location again. Every single time we choose to eat from this specific store, we regret it. The service is TERRIBLE! Waited over 20 minutes for a curbside order just to go inside and was given no apology or reason for why it was not brought out- when it had been ready and sitting on the counter. This is not a one time occurrence but most definitely the last.

Pizza never showed up, they said I can come get it and they won’t charge me the delivery fee. I asked for something for the inconvenience and they said No. I asked to speak to the general manger they said No. I asked for the regional manager they said No. they informed me that I could fill out a comment online and maybe someone will get back to me which they didn’t. I will be ordering from Stoner Pizza from now on.
Since google wont let me respond to your reply, and as mentioned in my review I did fill out your online comment spot. No one reached out to make anything right.

Friday night and only one employee. Marcos need to give him a raise better yet a raise and an extra employee. He's 30 minutes plus behind on orders. Fail on Marcos. Praise to the employee.

HUGE shout out and thank you to Marcos on Russell!!! We had a band concert last night and needed to feed around 60 kids. I called about two weeks in advance to call in the order and everyone that works there is extremely nice! The kids were grateful and I am extremely grateful for how easy the transaction was! I will go to them every time I have a band event and need food provided! Amazing service and always good pizza!!!

I have ordered Pizza from this Marco's pizza location plenty of times in the past but the past couple of times I am not sure if they changed managers, staff or what they did because the customer service from the staff including the manager have been an issue they act like they don't care if your pizza is perfect or not right. I'll give a you example yesterday I ordered a large pizza with cheese hamburger with light sauce when I received the pizza the girl who did the order had a large pizza with cheese burger and onions when I checked the pizza I told the girl that my pizza is messed up so she just looked at me like I did something wrong or said something wrong to her and the manager got an attitude with everybody about how some of the pizza's are turning out.
How's the service here from the staff you can always listen to how the manager goes at it with their staff members when something goes wrong. Like yesterday one of the managers got in a argument with one of the other employees and they kept telling each other to shut up and one of the managers told both of them to shut up. Just to remember guys and ladies work there there's a time a place to discuss issues, concerns and problems after work or during your break time to find solutions to each others issues instead of doing it infront of customers and other staff members at work.
How is the parking here? It's hard to find a parking spot with the other place of businesses open. At night the location is less busy with plenty of parking spots open.
If I have to give a customer advice to the staff here...I would say leave the attitude at home, just relax, work with your staff team mates so you can get the job done instead of being bossy, taking it out on other members of your staff because something goes wrong or etc.
