Poor service. Poor management. Arrive in the drive through at 10:50pm and no one answered. Drove up to window and the staff were having a good time laughing and horse playing around. Sat at the window where clerk was sitting down saying they were closed and it wasn’t 11pm. Ask for supervisor she refused to come to window. Reached out to Katrina the manager via email and she refused to call me to upon request. This is not the customer service we are looking for nor expecting in this community.

All I'll say is been to this location several times. Waited 1 and 20 mins ( because we had a mobile order, so already paid ) 45 mins the next time. Several staff leaning against wall, on phones, playing with eachother. Iv been to some rough Mc Ds all over but this one just never works out due to the staff.

Sat ln the drive through (doordashing) while I'm watching my order just sit on the counter...they would not come to the window even after I knocked on the window, just dancing and twerking and completely ignoring me while I knock, the employee just gave me a disgusted look and rolled her eyes finally I yelled then banged on the drive thru window... Finally someone comes and tells me they are closed... I told them that "I KNOW am a Dasher for doordash and that is my order sitting on the COUNTER RIGHT THERE!!! WITHOUT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING HER WRONG OR EVEN APOLOGIZING SHE'S STILL GAVE ME THE FOOD WITH AN ATTITUDE LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HER MAKING HER DO HER JOB!!! Russel parkway mcdonalds is terrible with customer service and the one on watson and North Houston is no better

The lady in the drive thru on the night of nov 17 at about 9 pm was really rude to all the customers around ,very unprofessional and rude. It has happend a lot of time already. Change staff please
I place a mobile order before breakfast is over, but wait in the line so long that the menus flip to lunch. Tell them my code, they tell me to pull forward. Wait even longer, get to the pay window only to be told they can’t put my order through. Why didnt they tell me at the speaker they couldn’t fulfill my order? Mind you, they never shuffled folks into the drive thru wait spots, the third window, nothing. Its not my fault yall cant keep a line moving. Whats the point in a mobile order if my food isn’t in at all in the process? Total waste of my time. This place is consistently slow, food is regularly cold, and an overall disappointment. Guess I’ll drive out of my way for a better experience.
