I just don't understand how McDonald's has fallen so far. This location, in particular, is quite possibly the worst. It's 50/50 at best if your order will be correct, and that's because half the team appears to be high most of the time. There are some good people there, but mostly, it feels like they could care less about their job or customer service of any kind. I see a lot of people on their phones or standing outside. I go out of my way to avoid this location if possible.

Paid for a double quarter pounder, recieved a quarter pounder inside a double quarter box. I guess now I need to pull foward and started checking my food 100% now. Last time coming here.
This is the best McDonald's in WR. Clean...! Employees are always so nice, polite and helpful. Love to eat

Place order, nothing special, big mac, fries, mcchicken and mcdouble. Waited over 15 minutes watching car after car behind us leaving. Went into restaurant to see what was taking so long, came out with a bag of very cold food. Too many McDonalds to choose from, will not be going back to this one.

The manager on duty deserves 5 stars. We waited over 15 minutes for our food. She handled the situation with understanding and the want to appease us. Food was ok. The rest of the employees need to be picking up trash on the side of the road.
