Update I received an email to come back McDonald's to have my order remade. Thank you to the manager and young lady who helped me this morning I really do appreciate it for making things right. So I'm updating my score from one star to a four-star. I would like change it back to five stars in the future because I really like coming to this location.

Absolutely the first and last visit to this location. There were so many flies we spent more time swatting the flies than we did eating. If there are that many flies in the dining area I hate to think of what the kitchen area looked like. Not recommended to anyone to eat there. I would give it a minus 5 stars.

The GM is very rude and disrespectful. Smell like alcohol. The store is very unprofessional. Employees doesn't wear hairnets. My sandwich had old lettuce and onions. Worst McDonald's ever. Do see why they are still open. The health department most definitely needs to pay them a visit

I don't come to this location often, no that I don't like it but for the simple fact its out of the way for me. The food has been pretty on point for McDonalds. Very few times have I been disappointed, soggy fries, over sauced burger. The service here is not bad but definitely not the worst I've ever come in contact with. Probably one of the cleanest McD's I've ever been in! Bravo to you all! Room for improvement here, but overall not bad. Will continue coming here.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo and a steak and egg and cheese bagel at exactly 10:05 a.m. They automatically gave me a small drink with my combo without asking what size. -- I asked the girl at the window can I get a large. Her exact words were "I don't know what to do so..." I just said "Don't worry about it" She proceeded to tell me that my bagel was not ready and to please pull up and they will bring out my food. -- It was 10:18 a.m. and I was still waiting outside. I proceeded to enter this McDonald's and almost slipped and fell. Entrance was all wet and no wet floor signs were up. When I went up to the counter I explained I been waiting for quite a while, lady had to search for my food, everyone seemed lost and confused or half asleep, not sure. -- Lady handed me my bag and said sorry for the wait. -- When I get back to my destination and get ready to eat my food. I pull out a suasage Mcgriddle. LOL!! AND MY BAGLE WAS STALE LIKE A ROCK. This place is a joke! I don't care if it's flipping burgers or whatever the case might be. If your hired to do a job do it right or don't do it at all. This Mcdonald's is full of unmotivated young people and it's sad to see. Do better with your hiring process and stop trying to fill the positions with just a body! I work right across the street and I'm a manager my self. None of the employees I interacted today would make it where I work at for not even an hour! I'm never eating at this place again!!

Laziness!!! Me and six other cars were parked and waiting for over twenty minutes and I just ordered a cheeseburger. The second window employer had their back to me the whole entire time. Poor customer service. I will never go back.

attitude of worker was terrible. They had no shakes so they gave me a large drink and charged for the same price as the shake and didnt give me a refund , the gave me a straw wrapper that had no straw in it . I dont Care about the money but the girl worker ‘s attitude so rude . I never come back again
