I went to go pick up a meal and the second i get to the speaker i hear a loud scream through the speaker. Then waiting for them to take my order i can hear them telling one of the girls to mute her mic and laughing. terrible service i shouldve got a refund. the food was also freezing cold, when i drove up to the windows both had crowds of workers just talking and acting a fool. i get at work sometimes you want to laugh and talk but customers come first. this was a horrible experience.

All I order was a large fry and two pies. The large fries were only half filled up. How do I know someone didn’t eat from this? How do you not fill up the thing to the top? Then we only got one pie and it was a strawberry and crème pie in an Apple pie container. This experience was so bad it’s laughable like I literally laughed at how bad it was once I checked my food. I understand McDonald’s is always known for having bad food service but this was such an easy order and they weren’t even busy.

It's about 30° this morning I ran in I used the bathroom, washed my hands got back in the car and I'll soon be on the road again. I didn't even buy a cup of coffee or pick up any Trash which is something I might normally do, it was just get inside & leave just as quickly as I arrived. Clean & wonderful was how I found the restroom facilities. I try to leave places that I go to cleaner than when I arrive but that would have been difficult here. Much gratitude

My dumbass Waited 30+ minutes on my food & it was STALE! You’d think it would be fresh with the wait but nooooooooooooooooo so why were we waiting so long?! a really nice guy had to come out twice asking what I ordered, gave him my receipt and burger was still messed up. My damn fault for coming, I shoudlve went to zaxbys! They quicker

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order, even though my number was clearly displayed on the screen as “next.” No one approached me during that time, and I eventually had to flag down an employee myself. She apologized and said they had misplaced my order.
When I asked for a refund, she had to go to the back to get cash and even brought out the wrong amount. At that point, I just took it and left. Overall, this was probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The staff needs to be more organized and attentive to customer orders.
