We placed the order through the app and picked it up at the drive-through. We had a special order with the steak bagel because of my husband‘s allergies. Everything came out as expected. The food was hot and the service was good.

I ordered pickles for my spicy chicken, told them twice to make sure they heard me Nevada it wasn't already on the screen, and they still didn't give them to me. It was ok at best!!

This place does the craziest stuff when it comes to getting your order correct at the drive thru. I just picked up a 6 piece nuggets happy meal for my son and got a box with 3 hamburger patties instead. So now I have an upset child and this is not the first time this has happened. I got a McChicken sandwich and only received a McChicken patty 3 weeks ago. You may want to check your order before you leave the drive thru at this location.

Worse McDonald's ever. Went thru drive thru. Gave me part of my order. Pulled up, n girl came out with the rest. I asked her if the rest was in the bag. I repeated my order, n also showed my receipt. She said yes, everything was in it. Got home, n it was so wrong. So, so mad!!! $32.00 dollars down thr drain. The last time I went thru the same thing happened. Obviously they need NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT, AND EMPLOYEES WHO KNOW WHAT FOOD GOES TO THE ORDER!!!! THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.

This place is ridiculous. Drive thru was dead and they still can't get an oder correct. Fries were Luke warm, burgers looked like they were sat on. Couldn't get drink right or make the burgers correctly.

A quick fix for all, there's a reason it's still in business for so long. Just keep my nuggets and fries fresh and I won't complain. It's a busy place so you know what to expect inside and outside so have some grace and patience and you'll be fine.

I was told by the manager today that all of the McDonald's were making the tea with added ice,since they were bought out, and that's how you will be receiving your tea. So basically it will be watered down. If you are use to the sweet tea that they are famous for,then you better start making your own. I did call corporate to get some clarity. They stated that if it's a private owner/ franchisee, then they can do that. No ma'am, not for me. The 3000 Russell Pkwy store definitely does it.
