This place used to be amazing but it has certainly gone downhill. I took my kids in yesterday and the associates hid in the back until I was ready to pay. Afterwards they hid again. The furniture is worn down and needs to be replaced. Some of the machines weren’t working correctly and it poured soup instead of fro-yo in the cup. The machines and topping areas need to be cleaned. It appears they hadn’t been for some time. On top of that, the cool topping area didn’t seem to be keeping the food cold enough. The sauce containers had broken tops. The floor and tables were disgusting. Management clearly needs to step in and make sure staff is trained on their duties to help customers and clean regularly. We will not be back.
Been a few times and each time was different. This time there was no one at the counter. Had to wait for them to come out of the back office. My main complaint it there was no option for no tip. Tips are earned not given. I gave the lowest I was able just to eat the frozen yogurt.
When you have 30-45mins until you close you don’t start putting things away and trying to make all the flavors seem sold out so people leave. Then turn the open sign off well before you are actually closed. No one greeted us instead it was dirty looks as if we should have never walked in. Very rude the entire time we were inside.
Fast, friendly, healthy and nice dining experience!! Helpful too 😃
Self serve. Weird flavors. Kids apparently love it. As a middle aged man, I was just looking for chocolate... They had a dark chocolate that was based on Dove candy though.
Visited recently for first time with my 2 daughters. Employee greeted me as we walked in & immediately went to back of store out of sight. My daughters & I made our yogurts. Employee came out as my last daughter was finishing, we put all 3 yogurts on scale, total was $15 or so. Screen asked for tip, I chose no tip. Next day my credit card was charged $18.00, so employee decided to tip herself I suppose. I believe in tipping when there is a service given , for example, waitress taking order, bring food, refilling drinks, etc... but there was none of that. Very disappointed & I will.never return. I would advise all customers to check payment at this location.
We are out of town on a trip and decided to stop by. Everything seemed great, we got our cups made and ready to be paid for. When we got to the payment screen, it seemed to freeze and wouldn’t respond to our cards. The lady stared at us like we were doing something wrong. The machine was having issues which wasn’t the employees fault but she was very non responsive and not friendly at all. She went to the back to grab another employee to help and he reset the machine. It was still not working but he had already gone to the back. After waiting for him to reset the machine two more times our yogurt was already completely melted. No apology, nothing really said to us, we just said we weren’t interested. Sadly for us we didn’t leave with any frozen yogurt. (FYI- there was another register on and working but they didn’t even try to move the purchase.)

Generally we have a good experience here and come pretty frequently. But today, (Saturday), when you can expect a place like this to be busy, there only seems to one poor girl working. There are kids overflowing sample cups, the place was a mess, and everything was pretty much empty. Froyo and toppings. And our table is about to just fall over. Very disappointing when you go knowing what they should have available to toppings and you can’t get what you want. There should be more than 1 person working. She’s busting her butt checking people out and trying to help everyone and doesn’t have any time to refill stuff or make more froyo or whatever.
Disappointing visit. Floor was sticky and gross, out of several items and yogurt flavors. We were not able to eat on the patio because the chairs and tables weren’t put out and were forced to eat outside the front door with ants and toppings under our feet. My daughter ended up dropping 1/2 her yogurt on her since we didn’t have access to a table and that just made it more miserable.

Came in with my family at 9pm, the store was already closing and there was literally two flavors available. Mind you the store was busy and people were coming in and out. Floors were very sticky and there was really nothing special about the yogurt. Would not recommend to anyone!
I think they are constantly closing early. Tried ordering Uber eats at 9:15pm on Saturday(they are supposed to close at 10). They canceled my order. I called and they said they closed at 9 because they were short staffed. After that they still kept their Uber eats app on. So I don’t know. Kind of annoying though. Another time we ordered Uber eats and they didn’t even fill the cups up halfway with icecream. Probably won’t order from there again
Very disappointed. I visited this location on 6-22-2024 with my family. I get to the door at 9:25pm with the door already locked and a young lady was still in there and didn't acknowledge the knock on the door. The sign said close at 10pm. Very disappointed because you guys missed out on a lot of business. I know at least 5 cars came through and more were still coming as we were leaving. We were recommended by another unsatisfied customer to go to Jeremiah's to get better customer service. As you see what time this review is done before 10pm and your business is already closed. Please get better employees that cares about your customers in your store.

We haven't been to Menchie's in a while...and now I see why. Most of the machines were broken and dirty, the counters were covered with toppings people spilled, and the floors were sticky. My daughter got a cherry for her yogurt and it tasted like hand sanitizer! The cashier was very friendly and that was the only plus.
