Terrible experience every time we've been here. Today was our last visit. 5 flavors are completely non functioning because the "machines are broken". The two non fruit flavors were empty and the girl at the counter said "I can put more in but I don't know when it'll be ready". This happens every time we're at this location. Save your money and hit chic fil a across the parking lot or cold stone just down the road. The floor was also filthy.

Everytime I go to Warner Robins. I look forward to going to Menchies. I went on Thursday March 21 around 4:00 pm. They were out of 8 flavors which is way over 1/2 of their inventory. I was very disappointed and we just left. I didn’t even make a purchase. There was no need my favorite which is cake batter and my husband’s favorite was out. His is chocolate. I’m not sure if I will ever make a stop. I might but at this time I definitely will not.

Yogurt was good, but it was hard to get any service as the employees and what I think was the manager were more interested in hanging out together than working. They've even got people who don't work there coming and going into the back as if this were a club house and not an eating establishment. It would have been a pretty good experience otherwise.

Yogurt and service was great today, as usual. The bathroom needs major help. The door is disgusting. The trash can is rusty and needs replaced. Management should seriously address these issues as they are not indicative of cleanliness.

We arrived at the door at 9:55pm and the door was locked. Open sign was still on. The employee came to the door and I asked why he had closed early and he said everything was off, the machines were broken. And then he said they were off and he was cleaning. Well we were so disappointed. We drove way out of our way to get there.Marie (from FL).

Self serve yogurt shop with a assortment of toppings. They charge by weight of product. Worth it! Been here multiple times and always a great experience! I pay about $4 - $5 per cup, but I only fill it 3/4 of the cup. They do give you huge cups for which is you over fill, you'll surely be paying a premium!

Great place to take kids for a fun create your own treat. They have lots of different toppings and little cups that you can use to sample the flavor to make sure you like it. My son and I both enjoy menchies dates !

Tried to go in for Veterans Day. We were well aware that only 6oz were free. Unfortunately their scales were not calibrated the same so while one scale told us it was under 6 oz, the other one, the one used to CHARGE people, relayed almost 11 oz. The employee did not even respond when told that they weren’t matching up, just grunted in an annoyed way that we didn’t just pay her and leave.

My son and I finally gave Menchie’s a try. It was really clean when we walked in which is a huge bonus for me. It’s self-serve then price is calculated by weight. You have about 10-12 different flavors to choose from and a good variety of toppings. There’s indoor and outdoor seating.

So I had a previous complaint about menchies acai. The owner was quick to respond and rectify the problem with a free açaí bowl that was given with great customer service! The açaí was perfect and what I was use to. ? I will definitely be back….You should definitely try it!
