Metropolis Grill Warner Robins

Just left metropolis around 20 minutes ago, and weve been going for years probably 100 times. Honestly though, never again unless something happens. Tonight was the worst service i've ever had at any restaurant in my life. Got sat and waited 10 minutes just to get our drinks taken. Another 10 for them to arrive. After we got our order placed. Two appetizers, a kids meal, and two entrees. While waiting the 30 minutes to get our food 3 other tables that were sat after us got full service before our food even came out(What parts actually came out). We didnt get our appetizers until 20 minutes after the mains got to us, the waitress never asked if we'd still want them, and then brought them to my table in to-go boxes. Personally thats like a slap in the face. She did though say her manager gave us a discount. an 82$ bill discounted down to 63$ was enough for me to be happy with. I put my card on the table, and asked for a box. ANOTHER 10ish minutes go by and finally the manager took my check, and gave it over to the waitress. She goes back and charges it, and I get a bank notification for a 73$ charge!!!! Then she comes out with some bs story about her manager saying she put in the wrong thing. Then she didnt give me a pen and STILL NO BOX. I had to ask another server for it. This was a massive fumble from every single person in this restaurant besides the sweet girl that sat us. Naturally the waitress got a fat 0 as a tip, and like I said at the start metropolis will literally never see a dime from me again if this isnt dealt with in some way.

Their Mediterranean food is great, but I come here for the Indian food. Nothing beats a Lamb Vindaloo with Garlic Naan from this place, and their Indian Hot is HOT! I moved away from the area years ago but every time I visit Wartown this place is at the top of my list. I've yet to find any place with an Ice Spiced Chai as good as theirs!

Best place in town of you want the best Gyro and fries, the baba ghanoush is amazing friendly staff and prices, I will definitely be back..

Always a great meal. I eat here every time I'm in Houston county visiting family.

Vegetarian options: Options across the menu. Appetizers, Mediterranean dishes and Indian. The Paneer Jalfrize is my favorite entree.

Curious little place that serves both Indian and Greek food. We started with the falafel and fried chili cauliflower; the falafel was good but the cauliflower was really yummy. For dinner, we got the lamb vindaloo (delish!), chicken vindaloo, veggie korma, and chicken tikka massala. All were delish! Spice level was right on (asked for Indian Hot and they delivered). The dishes come out with rice and pita (instead of naan), plated individually. But we shared our dishes with no prob, as we normally do in a more traditional Indian establishment. Decent beer and wine selection that nicely complemented our meal.

We were wary because usually when restaurants try to do two different cuisines, they don’t get either right. But we were pleasantly surprised. This was a curiously delightful stop on our travels.

This is a small restaurant. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was fresh, flavorful, cooked to perfection, and presented well. I would definitely return when in the area. The Mango Chili cauliflower was excellent.

Excellent chicken tikka tacos, tzatziki, crispy & tender grilled naan…fabulous Indian music & great service. Consistently delicious and fresh food! Very nice manager who ensures everything is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Best restaurant, my favorite possibly. Indian - Mediterranean fusion. This is the food you are meant to eat. Healthy food, good price, delicious, great people, friendly owner. I always eat here in Warner Robbins, and bring friends.
