I walked in this store 1/3/2025 at 6:30 and I never in my life seen such poor customer service, and the workers are rude, I asked for some more sauce on my food, and they got mad like it’s coming outta they paycheck to give u extra sauce. I will be going to the moes on 96 from now on out. This place is trash. Please do better, and most of all find people that want to work.

Food was good, fresh and hot. Peopls making the food were super slow. Lady at the register has no idea what shes doing. I prefer the Moes on 96 right next to chick fil a.

The portion sizes have gone down the drain. They shrunk the size of the actual containers that the food goes in and are putting even less food in. I paid $4 extra for an additional meat in my bowl, and both meats combined don’t even come to a full scoop in the meal. This bowl was almost $20, (over $17), and what I was given was ridiculous. This was placed as a to go order, so they clearly expect you to take the order home and then it will be too late for you to come back later and complain about it. This is ridiculous. For less than $20 I can get a heaping plate full of food at a real Mexican restaurant, so I will not return to Moe’s again.

This food was only eatable barely. I have never ate there much but decided to try again. The food was as bad as I remembered. The shock to me was the price. It was unbelievably expensive for the quality and taste. One and done, one meal done forever.

I hadn't been to Moes in a while and wanted to try it again. We got there, looked over the menu for a minute, and then went to the counter to order. There was one guy cashing someone out and a guy cutting up chicken. After standing there for 2 minutes, nothing had changed. The guy at the register was chatting with the lady he had checked out and the other was still cutting up chicken, even though there was a mostly full bin in the counter, and neither had even looked at us. We left and went elsewhere.

I visited this Moe's location(Watson Blvd)on this past Moe's Monday(4/1/24) for a homewrecker bowl. My food was already bagged, so I didn't see the portion size until I got home. This is becoming a habit with this store regarding portion size. Every time I order online, the portion size gets smaller and smaller. This particular time was a kiddie portion of food. It was also missing ingredients. It was the worst food that I've ever gotten from this store.I called the store the next day and spoke with Michelle, who asked me to send the picture of what I received to her cell phone. I did so, and she asked if I wanted to come back to the store that day. I didn't, and I asked if I could get steak for my inconvenience, which she, of course, replied "no" with an attitude. She then said that I could come anytime and ask for her or Damon.I just left the store(4/4/24) with my remake of the bowl. When I approached Michelle, she was smiling until she realized who I was. She got an immediate attitude, but she prepared my bowl anyway. I asked if she had talked with Damon about whether I could get steak, and she emphatically said "NO!". We finally got to the sauces, and I asked if I could get both Moe's sauce and the poblano crema. She then says, "Ma'am, you can get your sauces over there, pointing to the sauce bar, all with a condescending tone.I asked her why I couldn't get it on the bowl and she said that I could, like I was an idiot. Online, you can only choose certain sauces on the bowl. The entire time, this unprofessional female, with a nasty disposition, rolled her eyes and had a complete attitude as if I was taking from her pocket. I visit this store often, and I feel like it's not too much to ask to have my food remade. This is the first time. As I was leaving, I was rushed out, and although Damon tried to offer me chips after he had already handed me the bag with a distressed look on his face, I told him that I wouldn't be returning to this location. He then asked what happened, which I tried to explain, but he only wanted to know if I wanted chips at that point so that I would return to this store. I didn't get what I wanted. I expended my gas to go back and get treated rudely. I will not patronize this business again until Michelle is no longer an employee. Moe's on Hwy 96 or Chipotle will get my business from now on. It's so disappointing, as a consumer, to know that the lack of professionalism, awful customer service, and poor quality of food we're expected to tolerate and pay for with our hard-earned money, when there are other choices that are better deserving of our time and money.
