Mr. Smoothie Juice Bar

Today I called Mr. Smoothie to have two smoothies created by one of the employees that normally makes them for me.

After I asked if the employee was there the manager quickly and very rudely takes the call and tells me the employee no longer works there and asks me to stop calling as he hangs up the line.

In my confusion, I called back to try to find out exactly what is going on. Twice my call is sent to a voicemail that is full.

Although I still do not understand my experience and treatment from today I can say that I will not give my business to an establishment that treats paying customers this way without any reason or explanation. It was highly unprofessional and bewildering to say the least.

Smoothies are delicious!! I had The Hulk and it was very good. I had an X-Large and I'm very satisfied. Best of all it was healthy!

Love the fresh ingredients, and knowing what I'm drinking is being juiced fresh with no additives. Friendly staff,local to me,will definitely repeat.

Friendly, clean, and easy in and out ordering process. Tasty smoothie and pannini as they have a variety of smoothie options. It was totally made with fruits and veggies, plus my pannini had fresh veggies, which is hard to find at most places. They also use gloves, which is a favorite I love to see. They had me taste test and asked if I was pleased. Great service! I'm not sure if yall know, but they are efficient and have discounts for those in the community. Military, Teacher, Wellness, Public Service, and even a kids discount, to name a few. Great way to get a snack or even a meal replacement for an affordable price. Try them and remember to thank them for the discount.Added bonus they also use almond or coconut milk if you have restrictions.

Dietary restrictions: 4 different bases to pick from and teas also....even a vegan option.

Kid-friendliness: Nice and friendly, and the menu is big enough to have the kids read out what they want.

It’s almost like a secret place but it’s not. It’s right next to sharks and it’s really great that they have vegan options. First time eating and getting a smoothie here really enjoyed it. Definitely found my favorite place will definitely be returning.

Cool, locally owned business. Smoothies are fresh, customizable and they have plenty of options.

Vegetarian options: Most items here are vegetarian. Plant based is what I was looking for at the moment and they have some of those too.

Parking: About 5 Parking spots in the front and maybe 10 more on the side. Plaza is small and shared with a chicken restaurant.

This place is a scam. We were looking for a healthy quick lunch. We came in and ordered smoothies and wraps. No where to sit and wait or eat. The smoothies were OK, the wraps took 20 min so we had to rush out the door back to work. When we sat down to eat the wraps, they were all spinach and a small slice of deli meat and cheese. Not at ALL what we were expecting or worth the money for $1 store deli meat and 2 handfuls of spinach. No sauce, no veggies as advertised. What a rip off. I would have complained immediately and asked for a refund if we had opened up our meal while still at the Cafe, but we had already left. Will not return and buyer beware.

My first time here! I got the Number 1: Banana, PB, Dates, little bit of Ginger, and Almond milk (There may be more ingredients but I don't remember lol). It tastes amazing and my mom loved it too :) I'd definitely get it again

Have been to this place >10x in the past year. I have tried not to post a negative review, as I love to support small businesses, but I have been disappointed the last 5-6x I have ordered from here. The smoothies have been inconsistent EVERY single time. Sometimes there’s an abundance of ginger to where it’s hard to drink, sometimes you don’t taste any ginger. Sometimes it has great flavor, sometimes there’s none. Today I attempted calling >5x, over 14 minutes, and never got an answer. I drove to the store, only to get there and wait another 15 minutes just to place the order, as the owner is working on one customers order. Then had to wait ANOTHER 16 minutes, until the order was prepared. He gave us two larges for the size of mediums, so I do appreciate that effort to make things right. I understand things happen, but this needs to be staffed better. Overall, I would love to continue being a return customer, but to spend $17 on two medium smoothies that consistently taste different and/or bad customer service, makes me less likely to return.

Road trip from Atlanta to Florida and drive 7 miles off the highway because this place had great reviews :). mr.Smoothie did not disappoint! Healthy, fresh ingredients, delicious smoothies.. we ordered Breakfast in Georgia, Nut Butter and Strawberry Summer .. all three were equally delicious! If I lived close I’d go every day :)
