Floors are nasty and sticky. Drive thru cashier blew her nose didn't wash them use sanitizer. No hairnet. Dirty towels on counter should be in sanitize water. Overall restaurant is nasty. Will never come here again. The rug at the front door is so nasty and sticky.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Called and told them my biscuit did not have the cheese.... She tells me it's mixed in with the eggs..... where.... you have to ask for sliced cheese..... I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit..... and charged $.55.

The food is good but they don’t do well to follow instructions. The past 3 times I’ve been they gave me all the way hot dogs when I specifically asked for hot dogs with just chili on them I was extremely disappointed because I love nu-way.

I'd go a long way for a Nu-Way. Anytime I'm visit family I always stop and get a #3 chili cheese dogs all the way. And a big sweet tea. Best hot dogs in the World.

My overall experience was a 0 I spent over 70 in this restaurant, just to receive attitude from the moment I pulled up Cashier had an attitude sucking her teeth, ordered sweet tea received unsweet tea took it back in and told them and asked for sweet tea, another worker got mad and started cussing and yelling and even thru a cup at the person who was with me, and no one was speaking to her. There was a man with his wife and family when the lady thru the cup it hit the toddler. Just sad nu-way is not the way it once was with all the unprofessional workers and no customer service.

Got to stop by nuway when in the Macon area. One of a kind hotdogs experience. The chili has a little clove in it, giving it a unique flavor. It's really nice. Chili and onions w mustard is my way to Nu-way.
