Came thru drive thru at 8:30 2 cars in front of me. At 9 I was at the window still not served. Car in front of me was still waiting. Very poor service and timing. Today.

Just went for lunch at Nu-ways drove up employee with back to window sat and waited 5 mins before I gave up and drove off this was at 136pm today 3 cars behind me waiting as well . Went to light and the other cars did the same thing waited then drove off as well . What a shame to have employees not care that the customers pay for a service so they can have a job . This is why this location is losing business

Customer Service was excellent with what they have to work with as the Drive thru speaker doe NOT work so drive to window to order. The lady at the window gave me the opinion that the speaker has been out of order a long time. The owner needs to spend a little $ and repair it because it's not pleasant when it's pouring down rain and cold. Food was pretty good, I could finally taste the cheese because I ordered extra cheese and onion because I ordered extra of those too. Weird thing was one side of the hotdog was warm and the other side was cool to the touch . My hamburger patty was VERY dry. They can do better.I'll be back because they're several miles closer than the other location but if I had a choice, I'd go to the one in Stantan plaza on Watson Blvd if I'm closer.

Placed order and was asked to pull forward which was no problem but after getting home and noticed they left out half our order. The food was great but the ladies/men at window taking order was more worried bout walking around than getting the order correctly.
