I have visited this restaurant a while ago and was a little weary, but today was horrible. I decided to order king crab legs, so I didn’t have to fight with the smaller snow crab. That’s where I made my mistake… when the crab legs came out and I started to eat them I could tell they were old, and so soft I couldn’t crack the shells. I thought maybe I was being too picky, but once I got a large piece of crab meat out and took one bite, I was disgusted.i put everything in the bucket and asked the waitress … who was great:) … if I could switch to snow crabs because the king crabs didn’t taste good.. and we talking about a 62$ combo. Soon a Korean gentleman came over and asked me what was wrong? I told him the legs were old, then a lady approached me and asked me again, I told her and she proceeded to dig through my trash bucket and tell me I had already started to eat it so there was nothing she could do for me. How was I was supposed to know if they were ok if I didn’t taste them! I was so disgusted! The waitress apologized because she understood what I was saying.. because I assumed many people don’t order the king legs because they are so expensive so that’s probably why they were old… from sitting in the back. So if you go be aware! They will take your money and don’t really care about quality. They will serve you trash and not try to accommodate you in any way shape or form! Not even a discount of some sort… this rating would be lower, but the waitress was very nice.

Our visit today at noon was off to a rough start due to CoCo, the hostess. Despite the restaurant being empty, she tried to seat us in a corner. When we politely requested a table closer to the center, she visibly showed her frustration, tossed four menus onto the table, and walked off. Thankfully, Kellie, our server, turned things around. She was a breath of fresh air and provided exceptional service throughout the rest of our meal. The food was excellent, but our negative first impression with CoCo nearly made us consider dining elsewhere.

Be careful when you do a call in order. Make sure you check your bag before you leave because anything wrong they will not compensate you or refund your money. This is the second time I’ve been to this place. The first time was great but this time not so much, Only had three crab legs in my bag. They say they weigh it by pounds even if don’t have legs in ur bag.I was a little disappointed when I got home open my bag.

The food was delicious. Had the family meal with 3 lbs of crab legs, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, eggs and corn on cob. There were 3 of us and we had leftovers. So I'd recommend 4 people to kill it. We also had the raw oysters. I prefer the ones on the beach they were a lil fishy here for me. But my son loved them.

Food always comes out cold. Even after waiting on a pickup order 20 mins after the pickup time, food was cold. Soon as I opened my boil bag, I smelled the eggs were rotten. The yolk was green and hard. Barely any sauce and it was very salty. Lastly, the lobster tails didn’t seem to be fresh and was overcooked. Would not recommend.
Family works here as a server , came to visit her so service was great along with the other servers ive met . This place is clearly worried about the wrong things food is constantly making people sick , while management is just scolding there own staff ! and walking around with there arms crossed. I came and ordered fried shrimp, fried wings was sick throwing up within 20 mins . this place needs alot of improvement. Too exspensive for them to carry on like that and have so many people getting sick , food poisoned!

The food was good but I was expecting better service considering the prices. I ordered snow crab clusters and had to ask for claw crackers and a pick. They charge for anything "extra" as well, like more garlic butter, etc...

Complete garbage. How does this place have that many stars? $200 for dinner and had to eat with a plastic fork, paper cup and beg for crab tools. Looking at taco bell as I write this and wish I had went there. If only Yami was open on Mondays I could have avoided this over priced garbage

This is the 2nd time I've come into the place. I asked for a drink at the bar while I wait doe my take out order. They asked me to pay for my food and drink I felt like an inconvenience, staff hangs out at the bar but service is terrible, food is great. The 1st time I came terrible service ordering food and water while I was choking they went and found my waitress to get me water thankful I had stopped choking. Food has a great flavor but yami will get my money from now on.
