My hubby and I stopped in Sunday night and we were seated immediately and our waitress came right over to us. She was pleasant and patient (I genuinely didn’t know what I wanted for an entree) and suggested the herb salmon (which was perfect). Everything was perfect, we had to get doggy bags bec we stuffed ourselves on appetizers and the breadsticks. Overall it was a pleasant meal with a pleasant experience. 10/10

I travel for work and LOVE Olive Garden, so I make it a point to eat at one in every city I visit. This week I’m in Warner Robins, GA and let me just say that the service I received is superior to any Olive Garden I’ve ever visited. Not to mention the food was great. My server/bar tender (I sat at the bar) was the most polite person that has ever waited on me. Kudos to this location on training, it shows!

Paisley was our server tonight and she was probably one of the best servers I have ever had at this restaurant at any location. She was attentive, super personable, and quick with everything considering how busy they were on a Friday night! Thank you for the great service!

I am not a big fan of pasta dishes but my family and I went out to Olive Garden as they have never had it before and the customer service was outstanding. As for the food it was fresh and the soup was superb. The vibes there felt homey and we plan to come back.

Olive Garden in Warner Robins prides itself on having a wait time. Even if the restaurant is empty they still say there is at least a 10 minute wait. Today we joined the wait list online and when we received a text saying our table was ready we came in. We were informed that just because the text says to come inside does not mean that your table is ready. We continued to wait for well over 30 minutes for our table. We have several kids so purposely would not have brought them into the restaurant waiting area if the text did not say that our table was ready. By the time we were seated eveyone was frazzled. I understand having a wait time on a Sunday but do not send out a text saying to come inside if there is still we’ll over a 30 minute wait time. Extremely frustrating and they managers and staff acted like this is typical and normal. So moral of the story is their waitlist means nothing, and their texts also mean nothing.

This establishment doesn’t serve black peoples. I was so shocked & embarrassed on how they treated my kids & myself. It’s sad racism still exists
