I have dined here more times than I can count, but this night in particular, the kitchen was ON! Everything was so PERFECT. Ab! So! LUTE! Ly! PERFECT! The steak, chicken, potatoes, asparagus, bread, even the bacon atop the Alice Springs Chicken was cooked perfectly. I couldn't have asked for anything to be improved upon. Thank you so much for all the attention to detail on such a busy evening.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Brittany!!!Riley!! Yes. Needs more training or something. But I guess it's funny when you ignore a customer then wants to my little smart remarks under your breath and to other customers like you're not in the wrong. I will never come here again. And I come frequently. But this trash service today just turned me off forever.

The way they do doordash pick up is the DUMBEST I’ve ever seen! I will NEVER accept another order from Outback if I’m dashing. I sat here for 15 min after I rode around looking for the “DoorDash” parking spot. I didn’t see one so I went inside and couldn’t find an employee. After walking the store finally someone came out and I told her what I was here for she says oh you have to wait outside for that order. She said just pull up and they will bring it out. I asked how will they know I’m even here. She said they will see it on the camera. So I pulled in a spot and watched 3 cars pull in, get their food, and leave, all before anyone said anything to me. Come on outback, yall have got to do better!

One of the FEW 'chain restaurants' in Warner Robins I would actually go to. With the price of eating out these days, it better be worth it. Outback is!!!! 16.99 for 6oz sirloin, side salad and broccoli! GOOD customer service and employees! Clean restaurant, too!

I don't normally leave any bad reviews but this time the whole situation was bad. The place was great and the food was good but bar tender Joy made a good night go bad. She had a bad attitude from the time I got to the bar. After I ordered a drink I got ignored and she didn't come back to get my food order till 20 mins later. When I asked to see the veterans Day menu she rolled her eyes and asked me for my ID. I know it's part of the promo but the whole time I was there I noticed 5-6 other vets and non got asked for their ID. I really felt discriminated against. What really did it for me was that I heard her say multiple times that she hated veterans Day because no one tipped, but I saw multiple vets give 10-20 dollar tips. And honestly the only reason I left a tip was for the food. I hope that tip is shared there.
