I attended a birthday dinner with 7 other people. We had a reservation so they sat us down pretty quickly when we got there. The waitress was nice, but service was a little slow, even though she had help getting the food to the table. We had to ask for things like extra butter items that we had ordered on the side, water and other things. They only bought one cutting board with two loaves of bread and one container of butter. It would’ve been better to have put a loaf at each end of the table. The bread was good, but the bottom of it was kind of hard so it was it was difficult to cut through. I felt it had been sitting too long on the heat. The food was hot and very good. There were no complaints at the table about the food.

I sat at the bar waiting on a friend and ordered a drink. After 15 mins or so I told the bartender ( a snobby racist white guy) I was stepping outside to the patio with my drink. I came back in about ten mins later and noticed two managers at the front podium. As I walked back to the bar one of the female managers (a short older lady with black hair and glasses ) made a comment to me saying I was trying to steal the drink. I was highly offended . I payed my tab for the drink and left . I will never patron that restaurant again…i used to really enjoy that place but I’ll never spend another dollar in that establishment !!!! Typical response for an establishment not wanting to take accountability for racist actions. Very text book and insensitive ..

This is the second time I’ve been to location like this I was at the one in Macon ga and got the same service I I purposely got a hotel near disestablishment so I can eat here and both place the service was horrible over 2 hrs and still waiting for my food and then they charged me for my full ticket I ask for the district mangers number and I’ve been on hold for another 1 and no one is answering or just hanging up on me while I wait if the district manager can get ahold me me please do so

We've eaten here twice in the last week or so. Food has been great both times. Store is clean and both times, the wait staff was lovely; helpful, pretty attentive, friendly and accommodating. Food came quickly and replenished as expected (if a little slow on the 2nd visit). Both trips were afternoon.

The ribeyes steak me and wife wife got today was the worse steak I ever had the did change my wife but still that did not help the server did her best to make us happy but that was the worse 33 dollar ribeye I ever had I will not be back!
