People are very nice. Food is very good. Not a fancy place, so if that's what you're looking for keep looking....
A+ Always great food and a fun atmosphere.
Phenomenal lunch. All the veggies and sides were delicious. The fried chicken was perfect. The peach cobbler...wow! Just be ready for a food induced coma when you leave!!!
This place was amazing!! The food was delicious and it felt like you were eating in someone’s home the way it was set up. I can’t wait to go back.
Silly good value for money. With great food. Yes please.
The food was delicious and there was plenty of it! Very nice and helpful employees
The food was AMAZING. You basically have your choice of two dinners with all the fixings, but they're set out on the table. The day I went, they were serving fried chicken, boiled cabbage, Mac and cheese, potato salad, and buttermilk biscuits and baked ham, black-eyed peas, collard greens, green beans and corn pone. Sweet tea and ice water to drink. Banana pudding(!!!!!) for dessert. The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful throughout. All the sides were well cooked and flavorful. And, oh my goodness, that banana pudding. I've never tasted the like, and my Aunt makes a pretty great one. Even the sweet tea was perfectly sweetened. The setting may not be for everyone, but I enjoyed it. There's only about 4 long trestle style tables, so you're sitting with a bunch of strangers. But if you're like me, they're not strangers by the time you leave. $10 a plate, drink included, and unlimited refills. And worth every penny. Go check it out. You won't be disappointed.
That hole in the wall that is always awesome, just bring cash because they dont do cards for some reason. Food always tastes amazing
Great all you can eat southern food. The setting is different than what you're used to, but it's a great way to meet people. The price was very reasonable as well. I will visit again.
Best fried chicken, hands down!

Meat and three's are commonplace for lunch in the South, i.e. your choice of meat and three sides. When I heard about this two meats and eight sides I had to go. Family style so you use the boarding house reach to get what you want. Cash only. Everything was pretty average except the fried chicken - possibly some of the best ever. The sweet potatoes were a close second followed by the greens. The black eyed peas need some work. Excellent value and impossible to leave hungry
The best fried chicken and pulled pork I have ever had in my life! Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, wonderful place to gather or make new friends!
