The worst pickup window!!! Can’t go inside because door is locked. Here’s is the worst thing ever!!! If a customer’s order is not ready, the customer can just sit at the pickup window and wait for their order. Talk about dumb!!! Why have a pickup window??

Ordered food from there and when I call to enquire about my food, the guy put me on hold for 5 min. Then some lady with an attitude picked up saying do you want to just void the order? I said most definitely. Never going to that place again. EVER.....

There was hair in my pizza. This was my first time ordering from this location and got completely disappointed. I am so pissed most of all because I gave my kids some and I bought it right before I had to go to work so I didn’t have time to take it back. They need to be wearing hair nets or not handle food at all. I thought I went to a pizza place not a barber shop.

I ordered through the app and they people sent a DoorDash driver that didn’t have base access. Pro tip if someone’s orders on DoorDash send a DoorDash driver, if they order on the app send a papa John’s driver with base access.

Called in a delivery order for a meat lovers and cheesy breadsticks. There was hair in the pizza, the peppercionis were all brown and some of them looked like they had been put through a paper shredder. On top of that the pizza sauce cup that came with the breadsticks was only filled up a quarter of the way. When i called to talk to a manager about it, i was told the manager would call me personally. Its been 2 hours and no one has gotten back to me. Terrible service
