I was really in the mood for some Mediterranean food decided to give this place a try. I got the Chicken Shawarma Bowl… Unfortunately, it was a bad idea. The rice was very oily and not what I expected. The portion was pretty small for the $14. I spent not to mention the bread was burnt, which gave everything a pretty bad taste. What I can say is the customer service was pretty OK.
In addition to four adult meals, my group ordered a kids chicken tender meal. The order took a while to prepare which was fine. The kids meal was last to arrive. After I realized the 5 year old wasn’t eating the chicken, I tried one and confirmed they were dry and overcooked.I went to the counter and waited for the girl that appeared to be in charge. I expressed they were overcooked and dry and she said they have to cook them for 8 minutes or they could be raw. She said no one else has complained about how they were cooked and I was the first one to bring it up. I asked her if they look like the photo on the order wall and she said yes many times and wanted to keep arguing. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.Instead of hearing and seeing my concern and handling it in a professional manner, she just wanted to argue about it. After way too much discussion of how she must cook two chicken tenders, I finally got the point across that I just wanted a refund. I eventually received the refund after a different employee called a manager on the phone.Although the adults enjoyed their food, the terrible service from this employee is the reason for the low rating.To management- If customers can’t speak with an employee about a legitimate concern without a verbal battle that they’re wrong, you should expect to lose repeat customers.

Upon visiting Pita Mediterranean today (3/16/24) at approximately 6:30pm, we ordered 4 adult meals and a kids chicken tenders meal for my niece($8.50). However, upon receiving them, we immediately noticed they were hard and burnt, making them difficult to pull apart. When we brought this concern to the attention of the employee, they asserted that the tenders were cooked according to their standard process, cooking them for 8 minutes to avoid undercooking. Despite our dissatisfaction, the employee continued to defend their process and argue that the chicken was cooked fine, even comparing the dish to the menu picture, which did not accurately reflect the quality we received. When we asked for a refund, she continued repeating herself about their process. We asked for her name, but she would never tell us. After the female employee, who just wanted to argue walked away into the back, another female employee approached us with a look of annoyance. She proceeded to make a phone call to someone about giving us a refund. While she was as one the phone in front of us, I tried to ask her her if she was speaking with a manager or the owner on the phone, she rudely stated she was on the phone with a manager. Despite our request for a refund, we were met with resistance and were never given any apology from anyone or any form of sincerity. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we have decided not to return to this establishment in the future. Will be contacting corporate in regards to the way the employees handled this situation with such rude and argumentative attitudes.

We always have a great experience. Everything we've ordered on the menu is on point. The hummus has a great texture and the garlic sauce is super authentic. Greek fries is a must and although I love the gyros, I'm partial to the shawarma but that's an all the time thing no matter. They're always very kind and accommodating and it just makes the trips to this spot so much better. Thank you for the great food and good experiences!!
One of my favorite places in town. Generous portions, delicious food, well made, great price, and fast. They make it in front of you too.The 3 mini pitas are rough for 2 to share. And we showed our gluten intolerant bud this place too (good, tasty options).
