Didn't put my paid topping on pizza, when I called i waited 5 minutes to get transfered to another line and they were asking for my card information. Seems pretty sketchy, not doing business here again

Delicious! Food was hot and fresh, and customer service very friendly.
This is the best Pizza Hut in all of Warner Robins. The food here is amazing and the staff is always so kind and I will always go back and recommended highly.

Shorted me a pizzia. Then the lady is all rude about her mistake. I go here alot and one person being rude for no reason is sad. Hopefully you dont continue to let her run off business.

I placed order for delivery they send me wrong pizza, called the establishment rude person answer I complained it had happened in previous occasion as well that I got wrong pizza the person says I will suggest not to order from us again.

Visited on one of their promotion days, although they were swamped the team handled the challenge accordingly. Tensions and frustrations abound as dishonest patrons tried to manipulate the moment causing confusion and frustration! However, the FRONT END team confronted this situation with both poise and peace...her PROFESSIONALISM IS A TESTAMENT TO HER CONVOCATION AT THIS PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT she deserves more than a substantial pay increase she also deserves A VACATION! I'm sure she's proven time and time again- she's earned it! And if she already had her vacation...well then, PLEASE give her THREE more before the year ends! SHE'S AWESOME! what's her name? Unsure. It was an online promotion, purchase up to 4 personal pan pizzas,pay only $2.99, I ( Darrin Naylor) placed my order at 10:45am with a scheduled ready time at 11:06am. I ran extremely late, arriving at 12:53pm!! The store was jam packed-obviously, however, that sweet( yet visibly frustrated from the bombardment of hectic, mental multitasking) young lady was so genuinely accommodating. Taking time out to specifically care for...me. looking and found my order in the system, yet it was missing from the completion oven( or whatever the apparatus is called that holds and keeps the items hot) she sincerely apologized and assured me they will prepare another for me at no cost which will be ready in approximately 7-12minutes! And she was definitely a woman of her word!! It was ready in less than 15min!!! Plus, she didn't just yell/ call out my name...she personally hand delivered it me while I was sitting in the dining area! Wow! I felt not just flattered but special( haven't felt like that since the early 80s on Sadie Hawkins day! And for all the Gen Zs who Don't know what that is? Google it!! Lol) she was very nice. The intire team was extraordinary! I would say I'm impressed, but at this particular location this is the kind of service that one regularly and consistently receives( with the exception of when the poised professional hand delivered my item,I would like to believe that was just exclusively for me! Lol) great job team, as always!!

Manager was unprofessional and shifting blame because they didn't do anything order correct and left the customer items off.. customer paid via dd and order was $29.30 cash on delivery... I was the unfortunate person to accept the order and the unprofessional, unaccountibilty from the Manager was eye opening and alarming. So not only did I not get paid the Manager was repeatedly shifting blame on me when the customer explained he only had an $100 bill and I only had $30 dollars cash which the app asked to carry... Door dash refused to pay me and of course pizza skated responsibility. 7/15/2025
Wow, I truly wished I could give no stars there was nothing professional about the ordeal now I have to pay back money I never received 😢... Door Dashing is not for the weak.

Honestly started having pizza hut again after the watson dominos messed up my order twice... but I will say this location does a good job, they always make sure the sauce is in the box and the food has been great each time. Even my girlfriend has mentioned the pizza has been great. They are also pretty quick with stuff. I do plan to keep ordering here in the future.
