If I could give 0 stars, I would. I got a burnt pizza with scarce cheese. Took it back, the nice lady looked at it and asked what was wrong... seriously? She offered to remake it. I got an OLD pizza with scarce cheese. So old it was stuck to the cardboard and broke apart, not pulled apart... I'm good on them for a good while. Terrible food quality. The lady in front was nice, though. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 note: NEVER ORDER IN THE LAST HOUR OF BUSINESS. YOU'LL GET RECYCLED FOOD OR FOOD WITH NO EFFORT PUT INTO IT.

I'm not sure why drivers feel obligated to guilt trip me into answering the door when I literally put NO CONTACT delivery and everything is always PREPAID. Driver was a creep texting and calling me from his personal number trying to get me to come outside saying he "knows I see him"; again: PREPAID and PRETIPPED. About a year ago the same driver made a comment on my prideflag outside that wasn't appropriate. Manager sounded like he could not give less of a damn I felt unsafe. I'm not returning.

We spent $70 to get hair in our pizza. When I picked up our order they didn't have any hair nets on nor did they wear gloves while handling my order. This is sad and disappointing. Will not be ordering again.

This Pizza Hut is the Best! The employees welcomed me when I came in the restaurant and were super nice. Our pizzas were amazing. We got a large Supreme Pizza and 2 medium double Bacon Pizzas. Yum Yum!

I used the app to place a delivery order. I have no vehicle and have been out of work waiting on a surgery. I ordered my grandkids pizza gave a tip for delivery and it said it would be 20 min. Over an hour later no pizza so I called they said it was carryout I said no it was delivery I gave a tip and everything and this is the second time in a month. I have not way to even pick it up. I told the male manager just give my money back. I never got my money. Contact office still no money. Call manager left messages and still haven't gotten my money back or a call from her. This is crazy! I will get my money back. This is out right theft!!!

When i received an update on my order it was through doordash not pizza hut as i expected being as i didnt order through doordash. I did not receive my order until almost 11pm. When I finally received my order it was stone cold! Like it was made hours before I received it. I live 10 minutes from this location on Russell Pkwy. There is no excuse for my order to have been so cold. When I called to make the store aware of the issue I was ultimately called a liar by the manager on duty because "the wings were the last thing cooked. There's no way they would have been cold". my order had a total of 24 wings and not one of them was even remotely warm. They were cold and dry with hardly any sauce on them at all. I was also told by the same manager that they have no control over how long it takes a dasher to get the food to me. When infact they should be when THEY sent the order through door dash. So ultimately THEY hired them to do a job and it wasn't done properly which then caused an issue that they now don't want to take full responsibility for. If I had wanted doordash to bring my order I would have ordered it through their app. After all of these issues and accusations the manager would ONLY credit me for the dinner box I ordered not my whole order. Even though the WHOLE order was cold.

Ordered delivery. Got charged for everything I ordered. No phone calls before delivery to advise they are apparently out of breadsticks tonight. Order delivered with no notes, no refund, no bread sticks. Now it might seem crazy to get this upset over a order of bread sticks but if you charge each customer for their complete order BUT do not refund the items you are out of you have basically stolen money from each of your customers. The bread stick was the meal for 1 person so had they called I could have ordered that person something somewhere else. Instead while I am trying to find out what was happening everyone else's meal was getting cold. BUT THE REAL ISSUE FOR ME WAS THEM APPARENTLY IN ADDITION TO BEING TO BUSY TO CALL THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO REFUND THAT ITEM INSTEAD THEY JUST SENT THE ORDER OUT WITH WHAT THEY HAD AND MADE NO OFFER OF REFUND UNTIL I RETURNED THE FOOD ( Which they accused us of eating some fries out of & we did not...I think my husband did eat 1 chicken wing while I was on the phone) after I packed everything up to return the manager would not even come out to speak to me. I did finally get a total refund for everything BUT the tip. Once your order is delivered even if they make it wrong or do not deliver everything you cannot be refunded the tip. I did end up with a 2 liter drink in exchange for the tip.

I picked up a large pizza from this Pizza Hut location and I made a mistake on my order and called the restaurant. I had the pleasure of speaking with a woman named Regina and she was so polite and courteous. She answered all my questions and was able to help me fix the issue I made on my order. The food was also really delicious, I will definitely come back thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the all the employees in this location. Thank you!!!
