Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

ive been here about 10 times and each time they get my order wrong. i keep going back because the foods usually good but this time my sandwich was full of grease and the man that was working there insisted that my size small drink was a medium. i opened the bag and my order was right because we told him beforehand that they usually get it wrong, but there was red sauce all over our sauce packets. not to mention we checked google to leave this review and it says its temp closed but we were just there? im just a little confused..

Came by on Tuesday may 7th and they were closed at 820, when the sign says 9. Also looks as if they closed well before that as it didn't appear to be any staff. Not sure what was happening

Will not be going back to this location. The drive-thru staff was rude, no ice for drinks, took 15+ minutes to get my sandwich, and it was overcooked to where I'm throwing half of it away.

The Russell Pkwy location has the absolute worst staff. They are rude, unfriendly and incompetent. I just left after taking a month break from them because of their rudeness. I get home. Order is incorrect but they were able to charge me extra for the side I ordered but did not get. And upcharged me for the drink without asking me. Of course I called and no answer Its ridiculous

Arrived at drive through at 5:15 pm only my to find out they were out of half the sides. Made my selection from the limited options drove to window and waited 5 minutes before window opened and I was asked to pay. Several minutes later I received my order and since there was a line of cars behind me and more waiting for their orders in lot I left. On getting to my house 2 miles away my drinks had no ice, the Mac-n-cheese I paid for was not in the bag, I had no napkins, the biscuits were cold and were flat and hard. In all it was a bad experience and I will not be back.

Went in a few weeks ago. Ended up walking out due to no one wanting to take our order while employees just looked at us. Today ended up getting another attitude from employee for taking order. WILL "NOT" VISIT THIS LOCATION "EVER" AGAIN.

The employees were so very nice and respectful to my wife and I. Their service was excellent we were greeted kindly when we entered the restaurant we weren't rushed to order like other restaurants was able to take our time ordering we received our hot freshly cooked fried chicken very quickly and it was delicious they did not let us down unlike sonny's who claimed they were out of pulled pork when we tried to order. So we went to Popeyes and their food was delicious and their customer service was awesome and they will continue to get my business anyday thank you to the staff of Popeyes on Russell pkwy a great restaurant

I am so disappointed! What a waste of money!!!!!! The food and drinks were horrible! The breasts were sooooooo tough they must have been frozen when fried because they were super super tough and tasteless. The batter and the meat had no taste. All of the chicken was tasteless, no seasoning at all. I ordered a Strawberry Fanta beverage normally my favorite, was dominated with carbonated water and the color was light pink indicating very little syrup was added to the mixture. The staff looked tired and exhausted. THIRTY DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!!!!
