Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went into Popeyes one late evening, I guess it was during a rush, but I’ve never seen a team work so effectively and efficiently in my life. The manager Dina had a wonderful smile on her face, complimented whoever was cooking the food several times. My cashier, I didn’t get the young man’s name, but as pleasant as they come. My order so hot, tasty and just fall off the bone good, but crispy at the same time. I told them KFC will never compare to this service or quality. Beautiful experience considering I had a very long day. 12/15 is the day Popeyes stole my heart and I don’t want it back. Thank y’all and God bless.

Decided to give this location another chance today 12/15/25..6pm...the crew working this evening was amazing they were all polite they showed team work and food was good as well 👍 😀

Usually the food is very good. I ordered the red beans and rice with 4 wings. I don't like rice so I asked for beans only. Big mistake. The beans were watered down and only a few beans. The usual good flavor was gone. I would rather be given fewer beans than to have all of the water! 😖

Waited in line to get service and was barely acknowledged. I was the only person waiting. Someone else came into the store to pick up and was assisted. I waited about 15 minutes before I decided to just walk out. Shame on the employees, especially the heavy man, in the front at the register. Other employees noticed me waiting and said nothing. I would have been okay if my order was at least taken but nothing. I will never visit this location again and I’ll be sure to tell this to as many people who would listen.

No Service here! You can stand there, you can wait, you could walk around, pace the floor, whistle perhaps. These people JUST DON'T CARE! Door Dash is where their $$ Is apparently. They'll catch you later, when the other business is done. Just walk away.

Went there on Black Friday 2025 at approximately 4:30 PM. I used a 2 can dine for $10.99 coupon and asked for 2 mild legs and the remaining 3 pieces spicy. The server initially said it'd be 15 minutes for mild legs but said they had 2 after speaking with someone in the back. I should have known something wasn't right at that point. When I got home, I had 1 spicy leg and 1 mild leg. Additionally, I had a mild thigh with the remaining 3 pieces that were supposed to be spicy, plus my 2 spicy pieces tasted like they'd been sitting under the warmer for a good bit
of time. This type of service is totally unacceptable and has become the norm at this location. That's why I wrote this review!
If I didn't enjoy the chicken when done right, I'd just stop
spending my hard-earned money there.

OMG! I normally don't eat fried foods. But, this day I wanted fried chicken wings. I tried their garlic parmesan wings with blackened ranch sauce.... delicious 😋

I know Popeyes don’t always do us justice but this time… my service from when I walked in was on point, and the food ALWAYS does the trick! There’s not many more around so, let’s keep ‘em in business!

Guy at the drive thru window nails were long and filthy. After retrieving my debit card just drove off without the food. Time today @3:35 pm. Never coming back

A 45 minute wait AFTER my husband had already paid. He was told to pull up and wait 12 minutes for fresh chicken. When he called to see what was taking so long, he was met with an attitude from the manager. Instead of helping, he wanted to argue with my husband about who told him to pull up LIKE IT MATTERED. When he finally brought the food, he offered apple pies, but then said they didn't have anymore.

This isn't the first time we had to wait for an extremely long time, but this was the first time we experienced this horrible treatment after waiting almost an hour for fast food. Ridiculous!!!

The customer service here is GARBAGE. Currently waiting in the drive through line for 25 minutes. There are only 4 ppl in front of me when I got here. And I haven’t even ordered! In between ordered they are waiting 5 plus minutes to even answer at the drive though kiosk.

Workers were doing nothing and sitting on orders on a busy night had to wait 15 minutes on a dash order that was ordered 15min before I showed up. While other dashers were waiting on the pick ups longer than me.

I asked for spicy 3 piece with hot fries. Got 2 pieces with warm fries. Took it back but I'm disabled and had to walk in to change my order

We were sonhappy to have Popeyes back everything was so fresh and good i even bought extra jalapeño peppers to the home for later
