Why always take so long to place an order 5 people behind the counter and a line on front of the register with no one to take the order, it happened often. Lack of customer service and work etichs.

Sp glad there is a Popeye's open for middle Georgia. Love the biscuits and red beans & rice. Chicken is always yummy too.

was so excited that our Popeyes is finally back on Lake Joy, but knowing they close at 11pm, i quickly stopped by there tonight around 10:15 just to get a sandwich as i closed at my job and was sooo hungry. i get my food, but when i try to take a bite out of it i chomped on nothing but BONE! why would y'all put a whole breast on a sandwich?? thanks popeyes now my teeth hurt and i'm still starving

Went an ordered sat 30 mins an moved up so the line would not stop was asked what I ordered I said I didn’t remember a tried to give my card to the lady an she walked off went home ordered wrong tried calling 30 times no answer they need to shut down I will report to the bbb and corporate thanks have a nice day 13 wmaz will also be notified will not be going back an will tell friend family in the area not to as well

We waited in line for 30 minutes before we got to the speaker and once we did reach the speaker they put us on hold for 15 minutes.. when we finally got our food it wasn't good at all and they gave me spicy chicken but I asked for regular

I know Popeyes are just recently opening back up but some of them that have set for a while you can really tell especially this place the food was good overall people were good overall but you could definitely smell some chemicals and other stuff it just needs a little TLC but good overall! 🍗🍟👍 #Popeyes #Food #Review #Chemicals #TLC

Of the 4 Popeyes restaurants in my area Warner Robins Ga I only shopped the two, lake joy and the Air Force base. B4 the lake joy restaurant had its massive turnover I picked that one because it’s close to my home, the people there felt homely and the chick was good. Otherwise I’d go out to the Military base. But the one on lake joy is terrible. I’ve been here several times since management change and I noticed it’s always chaotic or distracting. I went in today July 22 2025 and boy was it chaotic and just confusing. People wanted for orders and those trying to place an order were ignored… after about 10 minutes of wait I left. I can spend my dollars elsewhere or eat at home. Do better.

The chicken was cooked in burnt grease. They couldn’t get the order right to save their life! The food was cold as well. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life this was so horrible and disgusting.

They fired me for job abandonment when I asked for help because we had no employees and then took it even further and took a warrant out for my arrest when all I wanted to do was love that chicken at Popeyes because I knew my job and everyone who visited when I was there saw it I have worked at other Popeyes this is by far the worse company I have worked for and on top of that we never got paid on time. Like how can a pay period change I reached out to the owner and got no reply so I’m just warning you it’s not Popeyes it’s the people!!!

I came here on 06/28 late night and when I tell you Mrs Tiffany and I didn’t get the other gentleman name was on it!!!! They operated that store with professionalism, quickness, and communicated with me about my order. I greatly appreciate them, and I hope God blesses them with everything that they do❤️
