I was there yesterday with a birthday party and the young lady at the front desk her name is Jessica was so bubbly so kind she made us all feel so special. I can not say the same about the young girl named amber with our party we had to go find her every time we needed something. She was not very helpful like she was supposed to be she was to busy hanging out with her friend at the counter. Also the lady her name was Lee who yelled at Jessica at the counter in front of so many customers and embarrassed her like that very poor. Jessica kept doing her job smiling and being so bubbly to everyone that walked in the door Jessica is a true asset to your team.
We ordered pizza with the pineapples on the side and the pineapples were sour like they were very old and the pepperoni on the pizza had some mold on certain pieces and the wings were ok but overcooked and you had to walk all the way outside to get adult beverages when they had a cooler inside with beer in it, but the staff on the inside were friendly not so much on the outside.
Bowling alley was fun arcade not so much not plenty of games and expensive.
My daughter enjoyed her birthday celebration along with family and friends 🎊 🎂 Great customer service and food it was worth every penny!! We can’t wait to visit again.
Very dated experience; food was very mid. Go karting is too expensive 15 dollars for one race. No unlimited plan for go karting; The first couple years of opening you used to pay 25 dollars for unlimited go karting. This place needs a renovation to modernize the experience.
It’s truly a vibe and has something to do for ppl of all ages. I love coming here with my daughter to play mini golf when I come visit on the weekends
Alyssa is GOAT. Very kind and patient while working an inefficient system. Rigbys is lucky to have her.
It was fun!
This place is a money pit and scam. I loaded two Rigby’s cards (each with $24.00) to play two games of bowling with my gf, because the advertised price was $12/per game per person for bowling. We used one card to pay for 1 game of bowling for the two of us ($24), and were told that there is a $1 charge for the one game of bowling, so we used the other card to pay the $1 charge (which should have left $23 remaining on card #2). I went back to play a second game of pool, and the lady swiped card #2, and she said I needed $1 to play the second game of bowling. I went back to the kiosk and added $5 to the Rigby’s card, and took it back to the same employee to pay the $1 that was left, and she said that I now needed $8 to pay the remaining balance for the second game of bowling for 2 people. So I paid $63 for what was advertised to cost $48 + $2 processing fee. Where the extra $13 went, I will never know. I will never go back to this place and would advise others to avoid it as well unless they want to be scammed.
Very nice place 👌

A fun place, but way too hot outside. Benches and patio area need shade structures and fans. The water park should stay open through the week until Labor Day. This is South Georgia.
Staff was amazing. All the fun game machines is broke .
Had a great time and the food was pretty good
We came in from out of town for the arcade. Most of the games were out of service or took our money.
Love skating at Rigby’s! The rink surface is smooth, and the Retro Roller’s 70s–80s skate sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons are perfect for the 35+ who want to get back into skating. Low crowds make it easy to really enjoy the music and the vibe. Bounce, Rock, Skate, Roll! 🎶🛼
