My kids really love coming here! There’s something for everyone. Our only issue is it has to be a special treat because it can get price with there being 5 of us!

So fun

Directions

Played 2 bowling games, went outside and played putt putt, came back inside and they were still playing the save rap song. Making your ears bleed.

They’ve been steadily raising the prices and cutting back on the skate time over the past couple of years. Used to be $10 for 4 hours. Now it’s $15 for 2 hours. They are very out of touch when it comes to the skate community. They could use some lessons from Sparkles skating rink in Smyrna

Adult skate night at Rigsby’s used to be something many people looked forward to. Unfortunately, the recent price increase makes it hard to justify attending. The session only lasts two hours. The cost is now $15 if you bring your own skates and $20 if you do not.

With the local minimum wage around $8 an hour, this means someone is paying nearly two hours of pay just to skate for two hours. That does not include gas or food. For such a short session, the pricing feels unfair and out of touch with the community.

I hope management considers lowering the price or extending the skate time so adult skate night can remain accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Y’all keep boosting these prices but not the experience, the Dj play the same bs every weekend and all the loyal customers are leaving because expectations aren’t being met

This place has been raising prices like it’s transforming into some next-level entertainment hub, when in reality it’s been decaying in real time. Same broken-down building. Same outdated junk. Same dusty corners pretending they’re “part of the charm.” You charge more every year, yet the building looks like it’s stuck in a time capsule nobody asked for.
And let’s talk “entertainment,” because that word is doing a LOT of unpaid labor here. No upgrades. No renovations. No improvements. Screens look ancient, equipment feels tired, seating’s uncomfortable, and somehow you expect people to clap because you slapped a higher number on the price tag. That’s not growth—that’s a scam with better lighting.
The music? Embarrassing. Same playlist for over five years. Same songs, same order, same lazy loop. It’s like you actively refuse to move forward. You won’t update the building, you won’t update the experience, and you definitely won’t update the damn soundtrack.
You want premium prices but refuse to invest in anything—not the space, not the entertainment, not the atmosphere. You’ve mastered the art of doing absolutely nothing while charging like you’re doing everything. It’s greed disguised as confidence.
Stop acting like price hikes replace effort. They don’t. Until this place actually upgrades the building, modernizes the entertainment, and proves it gives a single damn, every increase just screams “we don’t care, but pay us anyway.”

rigby’s has gotten COMPLETELY out of pocket with their prices considering that the experience isn’t great. everything is outdated, worn, and dirty. i typically only got to roller skates. however, they’ve recently raised their prices for roller skating which is absolutely ridiculous! if i’m going to pay more than i expected better rentals, better skating floor, AND a better DJ who doesn’t spam the same 8 songs for 3 hours plus!

Rigby’s Entertainment Complex continues to raise prices without making the changes or improvements customers have been asking for.
Instead of listening to feedback and investing in improvements that would actually benefit guests, it feels like the focus is just on charging more. Loyal customers notice this, and it’s disappointing to see prices go up while the quality and value don’t.
Until customer concerns are taken seriously and real changes are made, it’s hard to justify spending money here.

Rigby’s Entertainment Complex keeps increasing prices, but nothing about the experience is improving. Customers have been vocal about what they want changed, yet those concerns continue to be ignored.
It’s frustrating to pay more each time while seeing the same issues go unaddressed. Higher prices should come with better service, upgrades, or at least an effort to listen to feedback — and that’s not happening here.
At this point, it feels like customers are being taken advantage of instead of valued.

With this new price increase on skate rentals, can you replace the skates you have? Your skates suck and leave blisters on my feet, as well as the kids, even through thick socks. $80 for 4 people to skate should generate enough revenue to justify new skates. Please, for your stakeholders, replace these skates! Also, smells like feet in there! Odoban!!!!!

Went there for work Christmas Party. Nice facility were in banquet facility. Had catered meal. Plenty of room and parking. 1 of the few such facilities in the area. Fits the large group meeting niche.

Love visiting here. Love the murder mystery dinner. Need another one.

It is a total ripoff, I would never recommend for a big gathering. They charge by the game and not by hour. That’s not good, having played everywhere by the hour this is a ripoff.

Law

Overpriced.
