Great family gathering
very disappointing experience last night at the patio. We came in just after 10 pm there was one bartender and about 10 people sitting at the bar. We attempted to sit at the bar but menus were scattered all of the counter near the far end as if to deter people from sitting at the bar. We grabbed a table. Sat at the table for about 10 minutes. The manager and 2 employees walked by at least a half dozen times and did not speak to us or offer any support. They were busy rearranging tables. I would think waiting on your customers would be more important than rearranging tables before you closed for the night. At the least acknowledge we are there. Several people at the bar waiting to place orders. Maybe 30 people in all inside the bar and patio area so not very crowded for a Friday night. This place has gone extremely down hill. We used to go on a regular basis each week. stopped for a while because it was always full of kids. Tried again last night since football games were going on and we thought it might have more adults. Disappointing as we were met with a lack of customer service and ended up going to the restaurant across the street. I love supporting my local businesses but poor management and service are definitely deal breakers.
I love this place! Always doing amazing things for the community. Free skate night for students, working on a handicap accessible water park, giving free dinner for customers during the hurricane, even holding blood drives every once in a while. These are just a few of the amazing things they've done! That right there shows that they are not money hungry people, and they really do care about the community! Constantly surprising me with more and more heart felt events or activities. These are really great people!
The water park was a lot of fun. Really enjoy the mini golf and go carts.
Overall decent place but the arcade and the snack bar were easy overpriced. The staff was very friendly but the prices kept me from ever wanting to return.
Rip off. Unfriendly staff. Dirty.
My husband, myself and his roommate drove 45 minutes to ride Go-Carts for 5 minutes @ $15 each so we didn't have long b4 they had to be back but, those 5 minutes was fun... I just wish it was longer for the price per should be ride for 30 minutes @ $15 per at least. Not 5 mins @ $ 15 per thats just outrageous & ridiculous at it was to us. I would love to try skating & putt-putt next time.... All & all it was fun! Just very expensive. Js
My co-worker and I come here when we are here for work. The mini golf course is a good play and the go-karts are fun when running. Our most recent visit, they were shut down due to the tropical depression. puddles of water on certain mini-golf holes made for a good time. I will say that the cost to play the course seem a little steep.
Rigby's is a good place to go to for a wide range of things to do. However, I believe it may be time for an upgrade as far as the games go. There were many that were not working and some went down during my time there. I noticed a lot of what I call the gamble style games, actually more than I thought should be there. These games are the ones that you play to simply just try to get more tickets or a prize hit. The other games offer tickets but have a skill to attempt or a goal to aim for. These are more entertaining and have you feeling like you're at least getting something for your money. There were about 12 games of this type that were sitting unused and believe it's because they're the gambling type of games.
Also, me now having children, I've noticed that there aren't many options for the toddler ranges of 3-6. This is an odd age box the children are in as they understand and are very mobile but they don't quite fit in with the games. We made our rounds pretty fast and we're done. I guess have two bus pulling you from console to console really shows you the entire facility on a different level.
So, tips for going there, prepare for the crowd on most weekends, if bowling it is strictly for fun no serious bowling, the lanes are not maintained for that and that's ok, just a heads up.
Only ate pizza with the boys but it isn't as tasty as it used to be. It reminded me of CiCi's pizza which has always tasted bland to me. I know it isn't a pizza restaurant but in my experience working with strategy and user experience, there are some decent options out there. For instance, get a flavorful sauce and people won't even know why they keep coming back to the place.
All in all, good place for a choice of things to do in one place. Also, a good option for large groups. They have rooms in the back that can be rented. I'd go back maybe just with my oldest, my 3 year old was cool but he got frustrated at times because he understood the games but wasn't big enough to execute them as well.
Super awesome, lots of activities for everyone, adults and children!
My wife enjoyed the pool hall!

Update: I just continue to be disappointed in this place. First the prices are outrageous for the arcade. Then for easter they have the egg hunt. They said there were 2 times for the different ages. We get there early for our age group and told oh sorry we started all the egg hunts at the same time ( thanks for the advertising that was useless). We were told we could go out and see if there were anymore eggs. My girl was crushed she probably wouldn't be able to do the egg hunt. And by luck a worker had found more eggs so my girl an the kids who showed up when we did could still hint for eggs. There weren't many and when we left kids were still coming in amd disappointed they lied about the times. And now they are saying they won't honor the certificates that were in those eggs. Such bad practice all around. We will not be giving this place our business anymore.
We went for the arcade and were shocked with how expensive it was. Between $1.50 and $3 per game. My daughter only got to play like 5 or 6 games, and then she was out of money. And a lot of the games were broken. The arcade area was very cramped as well. If someone was playing a game behind you in some places, nobody could pass by
I knew nothing about this place. My neice recommended it. I am from Central GA, visiting from TX so I figured," why not". First red flag. The bathrooms smelled rotten. 2. The whole place look a little unkept. Then after kids played we decided to eat at the oyster bar. Well this was our worst mistake. The lady who acted like a manager stated "you will have to order at the bar". I thought no big deal. I continued to order and sat down. After 30 or more minutes we got the kids food, Salads etc. Then we sat some more after about 10 to 15 min we started to realize that the food came out in an unusual order because the appetizer never came. The server then said they were waiting on the country boil. We thought by then everything would be cold. We asked for the appetizer. We started getting other items we had ordered. Unfortunately EVERY THING was cold and dried out. The girl who seemed to be the manager threw the oysters in the trash with an attitude. We sent most of the food back and I'm completely let down... Dave and Busters will definitely be better and more affordable
We waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for the Go Karts to open (we were told they would open at 1:30pm by the front desk staff), we’re leaving at 3:22pm. We had one day to visit our grandmother in Macon as we are all from out of town. Spent $75 dollars on it. We were never given a definite answer as to when it would actually open, and the fact that they were closed was not shown anywhere on their website. The service staff, bartender, and the young man at the front desk were so nice, just wish their bosses were the same. Such a disappointment, we’ve planned this for months. The Go Karts opened as soon as we were pulling out of the parking lot ?
Overpriced
It's a great place to visit..JUST BE VERY VERY CAREFUL LEAVING, DRIVING WITH THOSE PETTY HUNGRY CITY POLICE ,..
