My wife and I ordered delivery from Warner Robbins location. Delivery was prompt and still warm upon arrival. Delivery driver was very pleasant. Here's the problem .... baked potato with no butter or sour cream, no eating utensils to eat the baked potato, no napkins to wipe our mouths. Here's my recommendation to Ruby Tuesday, PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS !!! No matter how good the food or delivery , if you can't eat it in a hotel because you don't have a fork, what's the need !!!

I came in at 3:30. There were only 3 tables, and 2 people at the bar, one table came directly behind us. We instantly ordered 2 mixed drinks, 2 soft drinks and an appetizer. A server came by 3 times and asked us what we were having to drink. The manager tried to bring us the wrong food. I asked how long on the appetizer? They then proceeded to “check” when they came back they had no clue what appetizer I ordered. There were no apologies, not an attempt to reedem themselves nothing. This was my worst dining experience in life.
Jose was a phenomenal server. My colleagues and I came in for lunch, and he truly made the entire dining experience exceptional. He was attentive, made sure everything was to our liking, and created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, he provided outstanding service from start to finish.

Everything was awful about our experience here the booths and half walls had food and sauce dried up on it, it took us fifteen minutes when it wasn’t busy to get seated, my wife almost choked on a ball of paper from a straw that was in the bottom of the unclean, disgusting cup. On top of that, the manager Monica did not come by to apologize, see what she could do or anything to make the situation better- we were not the only customers who had complaints about her. Instead of coming out to handle the situation she hid in the back.
All in all, horrible experience. The manager Monica does NOT deserve to be manager. She doesn’t care about her customers in the slightest. I don’t see this restaurant staying open for much longer under her care.
Nikki our waitress was incredible and as helpful as she could be in this situation being that they were understaffed. She deserves to be manager more than who’s running the place. (Which feels like no one to be honest.)

I had an excellent experience at Ruby Tuesday on Russell Parkway and when our server got to our table we were in for a great dining experience. I wasn't sure if I was going to have but our server (Karen) was absolutely a gem. Professional and polite and she provided information to help me make my decision and I decided on the soup and salad bar,which was delicious. Karen was so helpful and her service was impeccable. I will return for the food but her service is a driving force for me and my family to return. I also posted on social media about our experience and the great service we experienced. Thank you Karen and the staff at Russell Parkway Ruby Tuesday.
