Went in to place an order. As you walk in the heavy with incense. It was strong. They had a faded menu could not order. Was told to look online for a menu they ain’t got no mo. This place has gone way down since I ate here 3 years ago. Try the other Shells instead.

I’ve eaten here several times and have never had a complaint. The food and the service is always excellent

TThis was my initial visit to this establishment, and following the server taking my order and payment, she returned to inform me that some of the items I had requested were unavailable. It is perplexing how a seafood restaurant can be out of items such as Tatar sauce and fish when there are no customers.

It takes entirely too long to get your food. The lady take forever to get the customer order.i don’t understand why it’s only one person in the kitchen cooking

Ordered online, not ready for pickup, long wait - still kept taking orders. Awful food - full fish with bones minus head.

Horrible. Shut it down!! Nothing like the one on Russell. Shut it down ASAP! Don’t waste your money or time.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, do not give this establishment your money, they are THIEVES!!! Not to mention there is not competent people running the place. I cannot say anything about the food b/c I never received it BUT yet they still have my money and will not refund my money.

Ordered the shrimp Alfredo with two sides. My sides were corn and mashed potatoes. The food was EXCELLENT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Customer service was on point, although I wanted a shrimp po boy and she said they don’t sell any sandwiches. The shrimp Alfredo made up for that!! I will be ordering again real soon!

Unseasoned!! Asked for extra butter and didn’t get it but was charged for it!! Third time and I’ll NEVER go back!! The worst I’ve ever had!! Needs to be closed down!!

Went for a birthday dinner for my niece who turned 21 years old. Our party of 25-30 made a reservation before going. Once we sat down and ordered drinks and food the manager tells our waitresses that we cannot do the All You Can Eat dinners because our party was too big. They said it was their company policy. We were totally shocked, even our waitresses were upset. I don't care how many people are eating all you can eat. If everyone orders their own meals what difference does it make? We tried to argue our point but it didn't make a difference. So they literally let over $600 walk out of the door!!!! Totally RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Shells Seafood Dublin Ga. When I say great......The food was awesome and seasoned to the best flavor. That was the best grilled Catfish I ever had ....It's the only place I seen that does whole catfish grilled. The atmosphere was great...MY NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT. Thanks Shells for great service. We really like the Low Country Boil! They make different ones. It is a premium entree but the quality is worth the price. They have several really good seafood options and a variety of prices. You can get a simple shrimp basket or a Boil with lobster and many other items as well. We have liked this place a lot for a long time!

I really wish they would change their voicemail because they do not open at 1pm like they say on SR96 and I drove all the way there from another town.Change your recording on your phone so people will know when you are at the business it.
