Horrible. Shut it down!! Nothing like the one on Russell. Shut it down ASAP! Don’t waste your money or time.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, do not give this establishment your money, they are THIEVES!!! Not to mention there is not competent people running the place. I cannot say anything about the food b/c I never received it BUT yet they still have my money and will not refund my money.

Ordered the shrimp Alfredo with two sides. My sides were corn and mashed potatoes. The food was EXCELLENT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Customer service was on point, although I wanted a shrimp po boy and she said they don’t sell any sandwiches. The shrimp Alfredo made up for that!! I will be ordering again real soon!

Unseasoned!! Asked for extra butter and didn’t get it but was charged for it!! Third time and I’ll NEVER go back!! The worst I’ve ever had!! Needs to be closed down!!

Went for a birthday dinner for my niece who turned 21 years old. Our party of 25-30 made a reservation before going. Once we sat down and ordered drinks and food the manager tells our waitresses that we cannot do the All You Can Eat dinners because our party was too big. They said it was their company policy. We were totally shocked, even our waitresses were upset. I don't care how many people are eating all you can eat. If everyone orders their own meals what difference does it make? We tried to argue our point but it didn't make a difference. So they literally let over $600 walk out of the door!!!! Totally RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Shells Seafood Dublin Ga. When I say great......The food was awesome and seasoned to the best flavor. That was the best grilled Catfish I ever had ....It's the only place I seen that does whole catfish grilled. The atmosphere was great...MY NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT. Thanks Shells for great service. We really like the Low Country Boil! They make different ones. It is a premium entree but the quality is worth the price. They have several really good seafood options and a variety of prices. You can get a simple shrimp basket or a Boil with lobster and many other items as well. We have liked this place a lot for a long time!

I really wish they would change their voicemail because they do not open at 1pm like they say on SR96 and I drove all the way there from another town.Change your recording on your phone so people will know when you are at the business it.

This use to be a good place to order from but now it's horrible, menu items or still on themenu that they say they no longer offer here, plates for two only has one crab claw took over a 1hr for it to be ready for pick. NO LONGER A FAN OF THIS LOCATION.

Worst service! I ordered my food online. They sent a confirmation letting me know it would be ready by 7:25. I understand a few minutes late but an HOUR later!!!! This is happening in present time. It is now 8:20 and I still don’t have my food! They aren’t even willing to give a discount for their problems. There’s one customer in here that was there before me and she hasn’t gotten her food either!! This will be the last time I deal with them.

Food tasted sour and had no seasoning at all and then potatoes was mushy. Barely had any sauce on the food. My 2nd time and never again. The first time the sauce was too garlicky.

Customer service great! Girls are extremely helpful! Foods fantastic ? 10+ This is all for Russell!! On 96 customer service terrible very unfriendly!!
