I really wish they would change their voicemail because they do not open at 1pm like they say on SR96 and I drove all the way there from another town.Change your recording on your phone so people will know when you are at the business it.

This use to be a good place to order from but now it's horrible, menu items or still on themenu that they say they no longer offer here, plates for two only has one crab claw took over a 1hr for it to be ready for pick. NO LONGER A FAN OF THIS LOCATION.
Worst service! I ordered my food online. They sent a confirmation letting me know it would be ready by 7:25. I understand a few minutes late but an HOUR later!!!! This is happening in present time. It is now 8:20 and I still don’t have my food! They aren’t even willing to give a discount for their problems. There’s one customer in here that was there before me and she hasn’t gotten her food either!! This will be the last time I deal with them.

Food tasted sour and had no seasoning at all and then potatoes was mushy. Barely had any sauce on the food. My 2nd time and never again. The first time the sauce was too garlicky.

My last 2 experiences there have been the worst and I hate that for them. I want to see them thrive but food was cold asked for extra butter and was told they couldn't sell any to me. Sausage tasted and looked old and potatoes were mashed. Hoping they can get it together especially when you're paying 50.00 plus dollars for 2 meals. ?

I visited shell express in December 17(my birthday) and was very disappointed and dissatisfied with quality of food and order was not correct. I ordered three pieces of flounder but only received two pieces. The fries were hard and greasy. The coleslaw was disgusting. This did not make for a good birthday meal.
YES! One of the best decisions we made on a road trip! We were completely unfamiliar with the area but stopped for gas at the awesome Sunoco at 1080 Hwy 96. Wanted a snack. Should we take a chance on Seafood "Express" in the strip shopping center? We ordered 12 fried shrimp and 12 grilled shrimp (half of them blackened) for $20. It was made to order, fresh, hot and every bite delicious, plus a very good bargain. We've been raving about this choice even after fine dining at our destination of Savannah. It is carryout only and no beverages but an excellent place for shrimp!

The food tasted burnt and smelled cat food. Corn was missing crab legs tasted like they tried to grill them but failed to do so. Although the service was pretty good.

Waited 35 minutes. Potatoes, egg, and sausage were old. Potatoes had literally turned brown like as if they had been reheated multiple times. Corn was old and tough. Nothing had any flavor at all. The little sauce there was did not taste anything like it usually does. It did not come in the aluminum pan like it used to. It was a small styrofoam tray that didn’t hold near as much food but the price was even higher. Paid $76 and some change and no one will eat it it’s so bad. Make it so bad, it was supposed to be my birthday dinner. ? Hope others have a better experience. I don’t think we’ll ever be back to this one.
