10 out of 10 the food was Amazing.. we didn't mind the wait time because the food was fresh and hot!! The waitress Mrs Anita was AMAZING and the Manager Chris was on point with service as well!!! I'll definitely be going back!!

Everything was nice and the food was amazing. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Lacey was our waiter and she did a wonderful job making sure we were satisfied. Landi, the manager, was awesome and made sure we were happy and satisfied before leaving. We definitely will be returning!

Awesome catfish and shrimp

We stumbled into this little gem after a long weekend around Macon. Very friendly staff that greeted us right away and joked around. We were seated right away, and even though this is a small place, it was packed out. We had the seafood shrimp boil, fried flounder , blackened shrimp and cheese grits. The boil was made to perfection, and the mild garlic butter sauce in it was so flavorful. I'd buy it if they sold it. Great taste, and the shrimp were good and large. Flounder was a large serving, the blackened shrimp were tasty, and the cheese grits were great too. Lots of food, for a great price. All of this was roughly $40.
The only negative was the AC was not working and the thermostat said 82... in late June, that was rough.
Otherwise, we would definitely return here again!

The meal and service deserves more than 5 stars. Not only did I eat like a king, they treat you like one, too! What a nice place to eat. The owner even came out and gave us some of his time. We drove over an hour, it was well worth the drive. Not only a place to warm your belly, but a place to warm your heart. The Chef even came out and brought us our food. Yep, we met the owner, the Chef, service was awesome! Food was awesome! Portions were AWESOME! I think you get the point...wish all places were like this; what a better world it would be!

I wouldn’t recommend this place because they do not reconcile any differences with their customers. I was dissatisfied with my food (1st time) and they wouldn’t replace my food but offered me a 10 percent discount for my next purchase. Why would I pay for another order and this order wasn’t satisfied. I drove 30 miles to this place and 30 miles back home for 10 percent off $80 which is $8. In which they said the owner Ms. Joseline suggested the 10 percent. The devil is a lie!! Therefore Shells have lost a loyal customer they will never get my money again!
