It was so good!they were so so nice!

Been getting cupcakes from this small cakes and other small cakes for years. They never disappoint. The only disappointment here ever is if you show up too late and your favorite flavor is gone. But that’s how you guarantee to know your cupcakes are fresh always! So it’s not a complaint for them, it’s just a note for you to show up early😉

The macarons were overbaked and really brittle.

I had my daughter's cake made for her birthday. The lady was very nice, and I sent her a picture of the cake I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and she did exactly what I wanted. She is also very talented. I would recommend SmallCakes to everyone for a good experience and quality cakes. They are also reasonably priced. Thanks you guys. My daughter loved her cake and it was delicious

Bad service

Got the Tequila Sunrise cupcakes today and they were awesome!! Staff was friendly!! They make such cute cakes !!

As a business owner myself, I value the relationship with my customers. If I make a mistake, the money I lose from that accident means less to me than making sure that the customer was ultimately taken care of. This makes them want to return, recommend their friends and family, and do business with me at a later date. Construing the wording in your return policy so that you can deny credit based on your own opinion is shocking to me. Losing future clients over $45 is slightly more shocking. But the way my friend was treated after ordering a cake for me? The cake which was not at all what she was promised regarding both taste and appearance? Yes, that was the most shocking to me. I understand you deny refunds based on taste alone because “that’s your recipe”. But what was recieved was false advertising, a product you should not be proud of, and excuses tailored toward defending your profit. What wasn’t recieved was accountability from your business. For these reasons I would strongly advise newcomers take their business elsewhere. Consider supporting local and aspiring bakers.

I also tried the tiramisu from here and unfortunately it really was just a vanilla-ish cake. I'm not sure if there was a mix up in orders because the tiramisu did not taste like any other that I have ever tried. Overall the cake just had a weird taste to it, maybe just a bad batch or something went wrong with the baking. With all honesty I couldn't finish my portion because it just tasted odd. it was a weird vanilla taste but definitely not a tiramisu

I have a bad sweet tooth and couldn't wait to try Smallcakes. Everything we got was soooo sweet. I didn't enjoy it. Sugar on sugar. I won't be back.

I have been coming in since moving to Middle Georgia and have LOVED the cupcakes! My husband was returning from deployment just days before his birthday, and Smallcakes helped with making and delivering a cake to a restaurant as a surprise. The cake was beautiful, exactly what I asked for, and delicious! Thank y’all SO much!

Contacted SmallCakes to make a specialty cake for my husbands promotion party. Sydney was awesome to work with and was super patient. The cake and cupcakes were amazing and they delivered…on time even adding an additional dozen cupcakes last minute to the order. Highly recommend for any special occasion.

The cupcakes are great if you are looking for something fresh, pleasing to the eye, and sweet. I've tried these twice, the second time the texture of the batter was noticeably different. Could have just been a change in the recipe, but it was not as fluffy. Sweet inquiries!?

The chocolate cupcake was good, but, the icing had a funny taste to it.
I was curious as to why they post a large sign about being Veteran owned, yet, offer no military discount to active duty or retired Veterans.
