Awesome service!C.J? Well what can I say? She's incredible!And to be clear, upon reading everyone else's disgruntled grievances left in the comments section all I can say is" what?" I've been frequenting this location for at least 6months, regularly. I've never, ever had or experienced anything like what everyone else has. Sigh, energy I guess. Positive energy reflects positive and the antithesis accordingly. I'll just continue exuding positive high vibrations( peace) and staff who assisted me yesterday( Monday 03/04/2024 @ about 3:30-4:30) will continue to gravitate towards me. Great products, affordable prices, stellar service! All the employees there yesterday had pleasant demeanors, and believe me it was quite" busy." More than likely it was their mid-noon rush. And they"handled" it gracefully! Like a well oiled/ fine tuned machine! They were on it! I'm laughing to myself because upon receiving my order( two 32oz Vegan with pineapple+)within about 7 minutes or so; I asked my server her name not once, not twice, not three times...I asked C.J about one thousand, eight hundred and seventy-five times" what's your name? huh? excuse me? I'm sorry what'd you say?" lol, I'm kiddin, it wasn't that many, but it was a lot. Enough for her to get frustrated...but,amazingly enough- she didn't! I asked and she answered, I asked her again and she answered, I asked her again and she answered( all while multi tasking, incredible! Sigh,now that's a breath of fresh air! Costumer service at its finest!)I'm sorry, I know this is a rather lengthy review but I just had to make it perfectly clear, you all aren't as bad as these reviews are making you out to be. No one is perfect, obviously. But this store is perfect"for me"! See you guys this afternoon! Lol

Sadly I'm familiar with the "What are YOU doing here" look which I was rudely given from the Drive Thru server. He continued to stare literally three seconds with such a smug and disgusted look before slowly rolling his eyes with as much Sass he could muster up and ask if I ordered such an such. I ask is there a problem...he then stares again for three seconds and stares rudely...seriously screw this place and the Rude People who run it because the managers are just as nasty and rude. Will not consume nothing from this place EVER again with fear that the toxicity and negativity that permeates through this building will taint the smoothie I put in my body...

Went in for first time with my granddaughter to get a smoothie and the Server-Angelica was most rude by not saying anything prior to ordering and then when my granddaughter did order she became frustrated with her when my granddaughter ask her a question. Angelica said yes it is on the menu as Jetty Punch. Since she is allergic to nuts and peanut butter, I ask Angelica if it contained any of these and she rudely said let me list for you what is in it. I said I only ask for those two ingredients and she turned around and walked away. Will never be back. Whoever is the manager, you need to retrain in customer service.

I have been to this location several times and service has always been great. Went to this location last night, 2/2/2023 around 6:20 pm. Had two vehicles in front of me at the drive thru and no one took my order at the speaker. I waited several minutes and finally drove up. Then waiting again several minutes for someone out of 3 people to finally come to the window. No excuse of having to wait. You had 1...2...3...employees inside at the front doing nothing. When someone finally did come to the window they refused to help me and told me that I had to go around again and get my order taken at the drive thru. I tried to explain that i was behind the two vehicles in front of me and she laughed and said i had to go back around. She was a young black girl and was rude. Very rude. I went inside and requested the number to the owner and her name. She refused to write her name. I called while I was there and left the owner a message. You have rude employees and I don't to come to your location. My child was actually sick with covid and i was trying to do your staff a favor by not coming in. I will not be back and will tell others of my experience because this is not how to treat customers.

Making this post with the deepest regret because I loved this place..Management needs retraining!! To be glared at and have eyes rolled at me for merely existing and waiting quietly for 32mins for one smoothie when I'm the sole customer inside was extremely distasteful, unprofessional and unnecessary and I work retail Management I get it but this isn't the 1st encounter with rudeness from said Female Manager. Love the product but the service I've experienced on 1/6/24 @1:16 PM has made it to where I do not Want to interact with staff or management if the Culture of "fast food" rudeness continues at this location.

I don’t know what it is with this location but it’s always hit or miss. Ordered the other day and it was a miss. I started to frequent this location b/c my gym is on this side of town. The other day I found whole almonds and whole cubes of ice in the bottom of my smoothie. I just go to the Smoothie King off of 96 where I live. I’ve been going there for years and never had issues.

The white male employee with a mustache leers at little girls and young women and says creepy things. so keep an eye out on your little ones if you go here.They also have a habit of losing orders and forgetting about customers.

I would give you a 5 if it wasn’t for the fact that the containers you keep at your counter are all exposed and have no lids. There were at least 3 flies all over these containers. I mentioned it to the young lady serving me and she kind of just smirked and said they’re kept open. That’s just not sanitary. Get some lids and I’ll come back.

What happened to the Acai?!!!?? Me and my husband buy these at least three times a week! They are a bit pricey, however they were worth every penny! Im not sure what happened but they have definitely changed. The bowls are now icy and flavorless and this goes for both locations in Warner Robins. I’m so disappointed with Smoothie King?.

I think it’s insane that they advertise açaí bowls all over the store, and claim they close at 9pm… but upon arriving at this location at 7:30pm they stated they do not sell these bowls at this time because they are preparing to close down and start shutting certain things down at around 8pm? But they can make a smoothie in a cup that has the same ingredients. Not very logical and super disappointed.

came here and the past two times i’ve came my cup has been atleast 2inches from the top of the cup . i politely asked today to make sure that it was filled to the top please considering i pay almost 13$ for a 40oz smoothie & samantha was very rude about it and basically told me that they aren’t like any other smoothie king and she wasn’t going to fill it .
