We dove 30 miles out of our way to come here, and they are SOLD OUT of PEACH! 🍑 That is the only flavor I like! I wish I never wasted the time to come by here!!!

Usually a very good shop! We love this place and it’s cones but these two young women were working and came in 15 minutes late, and proceeded to forget our order and subsequently handed me a melted snow cone :( When we asked for napkins, she had us hold the dripping cone and brought the napkins out without cleaning the cup. We will be sure to come back, but it was quite a disappointing experience and I won’t be finishing my cone this time.

They aren’t open at 12 ever ! I was then told they will open at 3:30 and they weren’t. When you can actually catch them open then everything is pretty good. I messaged the number for information and received a response with attitude in it which to me wasn’t called for. I wasn’t aware of the location change and was told “we are at 745 russell parkway where we have been for a long time ..” which wasn’t necessary. The address alone was a pretty good response.

Isn't there an ice cream store that makes milkshakes anywhere in this God forsaken area?

They don’t follow their hours that is posted online. Drove 50 minutes for them to be closed. Do not recommend

No options for those needing sugar-free. If you’re looking for sugar free, try elsewhere. Otherwise, staff was nice and facility clean. There’s seating out front when the weather is nice.

Goood sno cones…. When there open. I’ve been 4 times in the last 2 weeks during operating hours and no one was there.

The service is fast and friendly. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes they are out of flavors, but there are so many choices that it's easy to pick something else. They have some dye-free options including strawberry and vanilla. They have the Dole-whip in pineapple and mango. It's a neat little place tucked off of Russell Pkwy. The building may be a bit old, but it still has several years of fun frozen treats ahead.

Arrived at 1pm and it was closed. No biggie I parked and waited for them to open. Truck shows up around 1:08 and parks. No one got out so I figured they were waiting for them to open. Second vehicle pulls up and parks behind the truck. So I decided to move and park behind them so I can be in line. As soon as I pull up the people in the first truck were the employees. It was now almost 1:30. I had been waiting for them to open for almost 20 mins while they sat in their truck. They could have at least sent one person to open up. At least then I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Thanks a lot!
