Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a large cherry lime slush with nerds. They messed it up not once, not twice but three times! First time received a slushie with no nerds, second time slushie had nerds and strawberries (which I'm allergic to and did not ask for) and third time came out with a cherry like soda. When requesting a refund they extremely difficult.

I ordered 2 medium milkshakes through the app at 8:32pm. It took about 5-10 minutes to get there and check in to stall #18. I sat there until about 9:10pm watching the workers more focused on talking to an out of uniform friend that walked in right after I checked in. The stall screen said that Sarah was on her way with my order almost immediately after I checked in, but then it cleared out and I sat there watching them talk and laugh for a good 25 minutes before someone walked out with the shakes. I didn't say anything about it then because I doubt it would have helped. I got home a bit later just for me and my wife to find out that our shakes weren't even mixed just to add insult to the lack of attentiveness earlier - quality was poor. I spent just over $11 on 2 medium shakes that took almost an hour to get and they weren't even prepared right. I rarely ever say anything negative about food establishments because I get that they put up with a lot of actual jerks, but this was just negligent and horrible service. Nothing like getting a sip of sour, concentrated cheesecake mix in the bottom of an unmixed shake!

Normally waiting for food isn't a issue. When you wait 18 minutes in a drive thru and your order is wrong and charged for something else I get upset.

They seem a little under staffed here. My Blast with extra Reese's was not mixed all the way through. Don't you hate when the bottom half of a Blast is just ice cream?

Food was hilariously the first fast food experience I've had in a while that was actually worth the price paid at a fast-food joint. Service was quick, the employees were kind.
