Been waiting here for at least 30 minutes and I’m just leaving because cannot get help from anyone. pushed the red button and then waiting. I’ve seen at least 12 customers driveway away now. Not sure what’s going on, but maybe need to review the managers role of what they’re actually doing.

I don't give Sonic enough credit. I rarely visit, but the times I do, like my visit today at the Russell location reminded me why I go back. I like to get the strawberry limeade and I would recommend HQ consider getting the big straws like for Boba tea so the strawberries don't get stuck in the straw. 😅

Horrible service took 30 minutes to get two drinks. Drive thru speaker has been down t least two weeks. Will spend my money else where

First, we waited at the speaker for our order to be taken. After waiting a while, we discovered the sign (almost hidden) that said the speaker was broken and we had to order at the window. Our SOGGY, burgers were COLD, fries salty and hard, and chicken tenders were overcooked. This was a waste of $25. The slushie was good though. Everything else was horrible. The phone number for the location is also inactive. We do not live in WR and didn't want to drive back for order correction. It would be great for someone to reach out to us, because this is unacceptable.

Pulled up to drive through and the speaker had a sign reading that the system was down and to pull around. So I pulled around and tge cashier just stood inside and looked at me without ever coming to the window to acknowledge that I wanted to make an order and I sat there for 10 min before pulling off to go somewhere else. Rude customer service 😒

I pulled in and the stall i was and it didn't work. Got out of my truck to go to the walk up stall. Stood there for a while until and employee came up and said it's broken too. Please label out of order if it's broken and then fix it
