First of all I was in line behind one car and that car was there for at least 10 minutes so then they bring me out a milkshake so now the milkshakes melting in the car and I'm still waiting for my order I finally get home and find out that first of all you don't know y'all not have napkins second of all my wife opens up her chicken wrap and it's should have been called a pancake wrap cuz it's flat as a pancake and just not that good it's cold so I mean there's that then I ordered three corn dogs and you must not know how to count because you only got the two and then I called 5 or 6 times no one answers so I like Sonic but y'all are just not that good of customer service or food so and then you won't answer the phone

Visit this place frequently. We get the same thing for the most part in our ice cream and slushy and 7/10 times it will be missing. Whether it's added nerds, strawberries, flavor . Definitely a location where u have to check every darn thing every time u go. Or u can just go to the other location up the street. Anddddd u never get any pepermints . U gotta ask and some ppl are nice and will give u some others act as if its a pain in the ass.

I’d like to start this by saying that I’m not usually one to give bad reviews & I don’t like doing it, but I think people should know. I had gotten a mobile order (which is typically how I order from Sonic) at around 9:30. I ordered 2 drinks, a blast, & a small buffalo chicken. I didn’t leave until after 10:00 (I’m pretty sure it was around 10:10 that I left). About halfway into my wait my screen said that someone was on their way out with my order. I understand being busy, but if you are busy DO NOT CLEAR ORDERS OFF YOUR SCREEN!! This happens almost every time. I usually have to wait at least 10 more minutes because they cleared my order & forget about it or just choose to take other orders out. Everything I got was good, but not worth waiting 30 minutes. Had I not already paid I would’ve left.. Not to mention I had to listen to another customer blaring their music as loud as they possibly could while I was trying to calm down my crying baby. If I wanted to listen to music like that I would’ve already been doing so…
And don’t order the sweet tea. EVERY time I have it has tasted like it’s been sitting out for days & like the urns don’t get washed..

It's a very simple order. However the sandwich had no ketchup as advertised in the menu and they did not add my bacon but sure did charge me for it.
The staff specifically speaking, Chastity were amazing. Wonderful service and not a single complaint from me.

Sonics has really great hot dogs and generally that's what I order when I go. Although the hot dogs are good, I am at my wits end with how the staff fills the french fry container. It is always half filled, and I don't understand that. I've included pictures so that you can see what I mean. May I please get a full order of fries with my order?? I really enjoy the food, and I would like to return, but please give me what I pay for.
