I went to Sonic after 6pm on Saturday. I ordered two number ones both with tater tots. The burger patties were dry and old. The tater tots were cold and old. I gave one star because the sodas were refreshing. I will try another location besides the one on Margie Drive in Warner Robins.

Order was wrong and only order two drinks, They said the cost was $16They said the cost per lb was that much and ask if drinks were charged by lbs and not by oz. About twenty minutes to pay for the drinks

Not only can they not hear your order in the drive-through the first time you say it; you have to repeat yourself a minimum of twice, but they can't get it right even then. I just had the displeasure of ordering 2 Sonic cheeseburgers from the drive-through, only to get home and discover they're only bread, meat, and cheese; not as they are advertised, and not as I requested. Unfortunately, I can't complain to the manager, as with 4 of them standing inside, not one of them will answer the phone! Poor service, poor customer service, and poor quality of food served!

I wish I would have took a picture of the dry burgers we received. I went 11/30/23 maybe after 10am close to 11 maybe. I thought maybe they short staffed today that's why it's taking so long. Come to find out it's about 3 or 4 there. One dude sitting in his car ON THE CLOCK!!!!! Then after I get my food the whole staff come outside to join in on the excitement of getting a free paycheck!!! A lady pull up to the window while I'm pulling off blowing her horn and she pissed!!!! Do not go here they about to be out of business!!!

I always go to this sonic when I am in warner robins and I usually like to do an online order to get drinks half price, but its so much quicker to go thru drive thru! I ordered, took me about 3 mins to get there. Once I got there about 5 mins later it popped up saying someone was on the way with my order. So i waited about another 5 mintues and a guy walks out with a bag and thats it. So I tell him I had a drink, then he asks me what I had......told him, then he walks back out with my drink. I ordered a drink and a burrito. I was just so upset about the time frame for that order, when after I got there a car pulled up and ordered and her order come out before mine.....makes no sense. Need to think about other customers than just the drive thru because I enjoy ordering thru the app to get 1/2 price but also be able to specify my order.

I waited in line for nearly a hour just to turn around and ask for a refund. The manager never apologized nor did the staff members explain why there was such a long wait. When I asked for a refund after 45mins all that was said was we need the drinks back…REALLY I just spent $40 and waited almost an hour you can have your drinks and the foos all I need is my money back. I will NEVER return not recommend not even to my worst enemy.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a number 2 on Texas toast, only pickle, and cheese with tots. The drink was supposed to be a strawberry lemonade. It was not good, so I asked for a strawberry limeade instead. It was returned full of sprite no strawberries. The tots were overcooked and the burger had overcooked toast, pickles, cheese and mayo with a little lettuce. That is not what I paid for. I am not happy about this experience. I would not recommend until the problem is fixed.

We did the drive in. They couldn't hear our order because too much laughing and talking inside among employees. Our burgers didn't taste fresh and had microscopic piece of lettuce and toppings. Our tots were barely edible. They were like they were refried several times. We will not go back. I don't know how this place stays open.
