Our order was missing kids fry and medium fry. I couldn’t get through to the store when I called four times. They refused to refund my order when I called corporate. They stated they don’t give partial refunds.

Took forever to get food and when we got it.....ALL of it was COLD. Smash burger is NOTHING like it shows on TV.....it had been a while since we ate here AND it will be even longer if we ever come back.

I have been to this sonic the last 2 weeks several times looks like 4 to be exact. Food was cooked to perfection service was more the exceptional Yes Ma’am and no ma’am on points! Thanks for choosing a great staff and serving up good food!

I just want to say the food is always great here. The last time I went I was having trouble paying and they were so patient with me. I know that seems small but it meant a lot to me in that moment.
Worst fast food experience. Small portions (the large fries cup was not even 3/4 full). Food was cold (as I had to wait 20 minutes because they forget my wrap.) They also forget to include my 5 sauces (we were family of 5 ordering). Food was really greasy and super salty (and I love salt usually). My teens didn't even finished their chicken tenders as they were too greasy (one of them even said food served at school lunch is better then this... and this is really not a compliment).
