The staff and service was super pleasant. They made suggestions when I asked and I had a great meal. The food is affordable, there is tons of variety, and you'll leave full. Great choice if youre looking for a new place to try!

Errol was so kind, upbeat, and helpful! Nice jazz was playing as we entered - it’s a bit chilly so bring a jacket if you plan on dining in. He greeted my family and I and suggested the Bacon Overload, Chick'N Bacon Ranch, Surf n Turf, and the Loaded Spud. I ordered the Bacon Overload with the Idaho potato- the chipotle aoli sauce was delicious and I could see (and taste? ?) the craftsmanship in the beautiful food he prepared for us even while being the only guy working! My brother ate the Philly Cheesesteak Idaho potato and after trying a bite I was transported to a cozy vibe as if it was a rainy day in a brick walled apartment in Philadelphia with a fireplace and I was indulging in some comfort food. My parents ate the club sandwich and share the “spudz”. My dad chowed down and complimented it several times. BEWARE: they give you a bang for your buck! Large portions! ? We will be back and I’m telling all my friends about this place ? Errol informed us there’s locations in Locust Grove and McDonough as well.

Dropped by this spot since i never been here before and l love loaded baked potatoes. Ordered the bacon one and the fajita tater and got 2 bottled sodas. THIRTY SIX BUCKS?!?! I understand everything is going up but jeez. Me and my realtor ate at Chili's the other day for the same price but WAY better selection and flavor. At Spudz we got stained floors and ceilings, bland overpriced food, and the girl behind the counter looked depressed. There used to be a place called My Potato that was amazing but they closed down awhile back so I was hoping this might be similar, but no. Really not sure where all the 5 star reviews of this place are coming from. Won't return.

In all of my restaurant reviews, this one has gotten my very first negative response. I would like to say I see the potential for improvement. My first impression of the dinning area could use some attention. The floor was stained, the food was like a microwave meal, i was disappointed they had no cups or ice!

Overall the food was pretty good- it was everything around it that caused my review. First it was so cold in there we had to get it to eat in the car. I asked for mayo for my sandwich and then I'm told mayo is extra. The there was this little gem I got for free in my sandwich...

Overall a nice experience. We ordered two large potatoes. They were seasoned and cooked just as you would want. Each potato had a good amount of toppings. It was filling, hot, and friendly service. - The only downsides were it was a bit more pricey than expected and the chicken, while it was tender, it was perfect little cubes - it could have been a little better. -- We will still go back and try another option- they have a large menu.

Service was 10/10. Both friendly and quick. I got the “Oh Boil!” on a Idaho baked potato. The food was just not good in my opinion. There were plenty of toppings and the potato was huge, it just wasn’t good food. I won’t be back.
