Every single person i’ve encountered at this store for the past year has truly been so kind no matter how busy, slow, early or late it was the attitude they present to us as customers is always positive! I have to give a shoutout to Morgan for being so thoughtful and empathetic, she is genuinely wonderful! Thank you to all of the baristas for making the best coffee in town btw!!

I was told they had good Strawberry Cream Matchas and sat in line to find out they do not. Disappointed but it wasn't their fault I was misinformed.

I hate doordashing or doing Uber eats from this place. They always get the order wrong. They only sometimes do whip cream for frappucinos. They only sometimes follow the directions of the order. Worst service is in the morning and the evening. Go in person to make sure they’re doing it right.

Asked for light ice and 1/3 of the drink is missing. AND so full of ice that it comes out the top. Just say you can't do light ice if you're going to be that petty.

Today was my first time visiting this location. I was overcharged after I told the associate that the additional food that was on my order was not mines. The associate failed to make the necessary adjustments to refund my money back. I left and called back verifying the cost. I spoke with another associate that told me return and when I arrived she gladly refunded the extra charges that I had paid. When I should have been refunded for my inconvenience including my tip that I added. That is going over and beyond to provide great customer experiences.
