I watied for an order for 25 minutes informed them I was waiting and still did not get the order . The customer canceled the order and I lost out in $19 9 employees were there and I seen only 3 actually working . I would not recommend this place

Busy coffee shop that does a good job at keeping orders moving
No pumpkin cc muffins here, stopped selling for the season already and it was still October. Disappointing.

The staff here are always efficient, hardworking, and kind. They handle busy rushes with professionalism and a smile, making every visit quick and pleasant. Great service every time!

So. It's definitely no scooters.... Not that I typically come to Starbucks in the first place ... However, I had a very important appointment with someone... When I walked inside, I immediately felt like I was being rushed out of the way, which was not a big deal since I was about to meet someone. After I ordered my mocha frape (if that's even what you'd call it??) I asked if I should carry on with my meeting or wait? She said you can stand there but if anything they could bring it .. in an unpolite manner . Needless to say I waited as long as I could without disrespecting the party that I was meeting. I eventually walked outside and sat down and proceeded with this *important* meeting.... I gave it a few minutes, and told the lady I was with that I was getting a little irritated because 10 minutes had passed and I still have not received my SMALL ....SMALL... SMALL frape. So I go inside and they're barely even working on it ... Well whatever I get over it, and I go to drink it.... It taste like SOUR MILK. So I'm very unhappy and this is probably why I don't choose Starbucks. It's over priced and it's completely overrated. SCOOTERS IS THE WAY. You guys shouldn't have such a stuck up staff... Respectfully, of course. Do better
Sidenote; the dining room was empty. Minus people who were there using wifi and had their order already

Coffee and food is always consistent. Good place to stop to grab a quick bite to eat with your morning coffee. Staff is nice and helpful.

Starbucks please take note; Morgan was a literal God-send today, she deserves every accolade and raise you can offer. She treated me like a family member and didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing what I was looking for. She helped me out with my order and literally talked to me as if she knew me forever. I had such an incredible experience, which is truly miraculous given the absolute terrible day that I had prior to coming here. Morgan and her team turned my awful day into a smile just by the way they treated me. I get my wife coffee daily from a competitor, but I promise you, they will never see another dime from me; after the amazing experience I had today, Morgan will get all of my business going forward. Thank you Morgan, your kindness means more to me on this day than you will ever know.

Where to start? Sign on door says store meeting from 3:30 to 7:30 use drive through. Went through drive through was told order wasn't ready yet and would be 10 minutes and asked to park and come back around. 10 minutes later there were 8 cars now in the drive through so it took another 6 minutes to get to the window. When i got there the kid laughed and told me my order was ready the whole time. So over 15 minutes and thats how a customer is treated. Never again! From here on out Dunkin Donuts!!!
