Stopped by after shopping, nowhere to sit because a coffee machine was being repaired by a man in the dining room. He was using most of the tables as a work table and was making a disgusting mess all over the place. My spouse ordered a hot chocolate, and the barista just set it on the counter and never called his name. When my coffee was ready, I asked about his drink and said " on the counter" & walked away. Of course, it was cold by then. My husband threw it in the trash & left. Worst experience ever in any starbucks, and this was not our 1st visit here. It is always such a long wait, but we love our Starbucks and only location in Warner Robins that we are aware of.Keep the repairman out of the dining room & teach customer service skills. Paying $6 for coffee & $5 for hot chocolate is a lot of money to us, but Starbucks doesn't care about their customers who are avid coffee drinkers and never respond if you try to reach out to corporate about your concernsParking: The drive thru lines are so long and block the parking spaces especially if you are trying to back out

Fast, clean, cheery.My go-to spot when I need a mid errands treat.Other Starbucks in the area are a good choice as well, but cups are most often CLEAN and stocked at this one.Nothing worse than dusty musty cups on shelves. Never seen that here.

Very friendly establishment and the frappes are perfectly made to perfection and fast. Wish I knew names because I would surely put them here. A++++Dietary restrictions: There are always other options other than dairy products you can get Almond, oat and coconut.
