30 minutes after close and KHARI was making quick and effective work of the high quantity of large DoorDash and ToGo orders. I wouldn't have expected such diligence from this from Subway, namely, this location. Very astounding and conscientious employee, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Khari, Excellent work.

(If I could give a ZERO STAR for SERVICE I would); I am a regular customer in this subway(4993 Russell Pkwy Ste 300 Warner Robins Ga 31088, 478-287-5372) (for about 2 years) going pretty much everyday. And the employees of this store know me. Well on Nov 30, 2023 I went into this Subway to get a sandwich, after not going there for about a 1.5 months, due to the CUSTOMER SERVICE going down. The service was no better than before, I would say it was WORST. So without going into details of what went down on that day, I will just say I walked out without a sandwich (frustrated). I gave Zaxby's my money. I went back today Dec 1, 2023 and asked the manager for the store owner contact information so I can share my experience with him in hopes that they will fix the problem. (Boy was I wrong and was in for a rude awakening) The STORE OWNER did not want the STORE MANAGER to give me his number (apparently he knows that his store has bad customer service and because he is just looking to make money (ONLY) he don't want to hear about it), said he would talk to me from the store phone. I said no I want to talk to him from my cell phone as I was going to be talking to him from my vehicle. So then the store manager said, I need Jesus, so I inquired who is Jesus and he said Jesus was God. I said no, Jesus is not God, and you can keep your White Jesus I don't want him. I just wanted a sandwich. I can see the parallel between the store owner and the manage, seems like they are one of the same. So I made a declaration to the store manager in hopes that he will share with the owner, " I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS STORE AGAIN AND ANY STORE THAT THIS OWNER HAS UNDER HIS AUTHORITY WILL I STEP FOOT IN. I am retired military and refuse to give my funds to a place with service like this. Also for the record I will share my experience each day with my students of my experience with this subway. I teach daily to Federal Employees and military here in Warner Robins and I promise you I will share my story, as I have the platform to do so. This event is true and accurate as to my experience. Not saying you will have the same experience I had, but I will caution you to look at the reviews of this store in particular. It is a direct reflection of the owner and not the employees. The employees just operate based off the owner's leadership, or lack there of. The owner just want your money and has no concern about fixing the customer service piece. (my opinion) SMH (Shaking my head)

Got two subs, and drink's, we ate insideParking: The one up by churches chicken is limited on parking spaces, the other one on Watson next to Chuck's gun and pawn has probably close to 25 paved parking spaces.

Love the curbside pickup available now. It's been awhile since I had Subway and I am pleasantly surprised by how tasty my subs have been. Ordering through the app makes it so easy and my food has been accurately prepared.

Number listed on google is not working. Placed an order at the wrong subway and tried to call, unable to get in touch. I’m not driving across town for a soggy sub so there goes $15. 3 stars because this is mostly my fault but still could have avoided some frustration if the number listed online was correct.
