I ordered a footlong cookie and it was not in my order that was delivered. 😠

The only thing this place has going for it is the clean interior. I asked for Cheddar cheese on my turkey sandwich and the lady behind the counter sprinkled SHREDDED MIXED CHEESE on the sandwich. Who does that? I also ordered up a footlong meatball sub and it's like she only scooped the meatballs and no sauce. I had to ask her to put sauce on it otherwise it was destined to be the driest meatball sub I've ever seen.

My husband just went in to pick up our lunch and was treated like a criminal. He gave the name for the Togo order I placed and the woman wouldn't give it to him until someone else stepped in. It appeared to be the only order sitting there and sure enough the bag has the first name and last initial that he gave. So why?
Icing on the cake the bread was hard food was mid. We will never be back.

Ordered online & received our food almost an hour & a half later… tried to call & got no answer. When we got our food it was cold & soggy like it had been sitting there for an hour. Also our order was all wrong. Don’t recommend.

I’ve always appreciated the quality of food at Subway, so this was a bit disappointing. I hope you can address this with your team to ensure the bread is properly baked in the future.Unfortunately, the bread in my sandwich didn’t seem to be fully cooked. It had a noticeable taste of raw flour, which affected the overall flavor and enjoyment of the meal.

I've been coming to this location for a while, but the inconsistency has become unbearable. It's either they don’t open on time, or my online orders aren’t ready when I arrive. Today was the last straw. They posted a sign explaining a shortage of items, which I completely understand in today’s world, but when I tried to go in and order, the doors were locked. The employee just signaled through the glass that they were closed, but there was no clear "closed" sign outside. Why list missing items, have customers prepare to work around that, only to keep the doors locked? It's frustrating and unprofessional. Management needs to step in and address this issue because this location is a constant disappointment.

WAY less on sandwich vs other locations

6 conversations between 3 people! Continually had to repeat myself. Whenever I made a correction the pair would speak amongst themselves in what I assume was Hindi. The only word I could make out was American and i doubt they ment the cheese. It was very uncomfortable. One of the two had an ear bud in and with her phone call talked over me alot. When I pointed out one of my orders was wrong she kept asking me if I was sure?!?!?. Overall not a great experience. Food wasn't grotesque but definitely subpar.

The service was okay but the food is horrible since the new owners have taken over. It had a weird old taste and we couldn't eat it. We all felt sick after eating 1/4th of the footlong we forced down. I won't be returning
