These clowns are ripping people off! They are putting half meat on footlongs. Second time Ive caught them doing this. Im calling Subway corporate to report them.

When I come its always the same man. He was alone this last time. Didn't know tell after I orders then I watched as this man handle the oven. Took care of customers and call in for back up almost like he turned into 3 people him self. Some body get him some parm packets make his life

I don't understand how this location is still open. The meat on my sandwich was skimpy, the chip selection was low, and I only had 2 selections for a drink out of the soda dispenser. Management has changed and it is very apparent.

The new crew at this location really annoy me. They're very skimpy on the portions of meat, and you get more veggies than anything. They are the absolute worst in Warner Robins. I only go there because it's 3 minutes from my job, but I could get a better sandwich in Centerville. You're not allowed to get napkins, they only give you two, plus I can't understand what they are saying. That's the most annoying part. They are nice people, but very annoying at times. They want your money, but you're basically paying for veggies, bread, mayo and maybe chips. ??‍♂️

Subway #39544-0 at 49993 Russell Parkway/Highway 41 has excellent food & service! This restaurant has new ownership & you can always count on them to be opened at their advertised hours, which you couldn’t count on in the past. I highly recommend this Subway! You can always enjoy fresh sandwiches, salads, cookies, etc. Give them your business very soon! ❤️

My previous visit, we walked in and were immediately told they were out of turkey. Turkey is the only deli meat my daughter will eat so we left. This visit, I got as far as ordering and was told they had no ham. I was pretty hungry and didn't feel like traveling to another location so I altered my order. I got a foot long pretzel as well and it took quite a while for them to come out from the back with it. The pretzel was super stale and not edible. The employees were goofing around with each other, telling jokes when they could have been replenishing the vegetables. Because they didn't, I had to wait again for them to go in the back to refill the lettuce and tomatoes. Probably will not be back to this location.

My company is traveling from out of state and stopped at this location. During our experience, the machines went down and only accepted cash. We had to pull this information out of Allen, the cashier, who leaned over the register totally unbothered.We only had a $100 dollar bill and $16 in cash. Our total was $26.07.He rejected our money.Trying to figure it out on our own, we tried to order through mobile ordering and had an issue.When trying to make amends, Allen was extremely disrespectful and rude. He didn’t offer any solutions. He was very combative.When we asked if they would work with us, he told us that “You don’t get to make the rules”. “You can’t leave with the food”. We understand if there are issues but his level of nastiness was completely uncalled for.Allen, here is you rule for you: Change career paths.
