The managers Dee and Jeanno were awesome and took my order with no problem when the NDavis location said they wouldnt. Food was amazing and the staff very friendly

Last time I was here I asked multiple times for no tomatoes on the tacos yet I get home and they're still on there. Today, Feb 7 at about 4pm the guy that's working the drive thru is obviously high. He's slurring his words, I said hello like 2-3 times before he answered, I repeated my order like 5 times, he asked "crunchy or soft" I said "crunchy and a sweet tea for the drink" and this man literally says "you want your sweet tea crunchy?"... Seriously? Yeah I want my sweet tea crunchy... 🤦

If u order delivery or door dash from here ... YOU WILL NOT GET HOT SAUCE. THEY REFUSE TO PUT HOT SAUCE IN YOUR BAG. Or they can't count, I don't know. I just know they don't care of you get what u ask for. And items will be missing.

Went through the drive-thru to try the new chicken nuggets and ordered a 10-piece meal. Ordered some other food with it and got home only to realize the box of nuggets were not even in the to-go bag... How can they forget the most important part of the meal I ordered???

Missing food this happened three times and they didn't wrap the burrito right and it fell apart in the bag had to go back and get them to remake it that's the way they gave it to us. I keep coming back because my kids love this place.

Update I went to taco bell today I wasn't going to order anything at first but I decided to order along with my daughter. I ordered the nacho fries and a double stack when I say my natural fries was so dang on old like how could you even try to give this to a human being you can tell these fries was either sitting here for hours. Again they had the nerve to put in my bag a free crunchwrap thank you but that don't make up for the fries. I would not return to this locations. The only one who loves coming to the location is my daughter and today she the dorito Los taco supreme and none hey sour cream on them. Like this location need to do better y'all got a 91 y'all used to have a hundred please do better some of your employees need to be school and training I have worked for a restaurant myself and I feel like there's no compassion and serving food anymore.

Everything was fine until I went to the counter to ask for a fork because there weren’t any at the condiment station. The only employee that was up front kept shuffling by me completely ignoring me. I was trying to ask for the fork and all he would do is walk by shaking his head. He acted like I was bothering him and I never did get a fork. Sorry service.

The food was fresh, I ordered a soft taco and was there for 20 mins. To be fair to them, they were short staffed, so I can not hold that against them. BUT I was watching them touching EVERYTHING with the same gloves. I was INSTANTLY regretting the taco order, and the fact that I turned around to get that taco had me starring mentally telling myself to calm down. Handles, swiping screens, and placing the taco on the counter with nothing under them. I was mentally losing my shit. Everyone who knows me knows how I am about my food. I am that person who will ask you to change your gloves and WILL bring it back if it isn't made right. Customer service is big when it comes to me. Money doesn't grow on trees. The same way they won't give me my order for free is the same way I won't be giving away money just to have a bad customer service experience. The universe must have known that I was going to ruffle a few feathers because whether she had seen it on my face or the universe told her, lol. I hadn't had a soft taco in months, so I was happy as he'll to see her change her gloves before making my taco. And she used the paper rather than the gloves, lmao. For the record , I worked at Taco Bell before I started driving, so this review is not to demean anyone. The people were wonderful even though they were seriously understaffed. I use to change my gloves often and I know it can be a hassle when it starts to get busy, but I always thought of it as "would I eat this after touching over everything?" And that kept me changing them and wiping down my area. The staff were wonderful, my only issue was the gloves thing. Next time I'll make my own and I hope that they can find someone to help them out.

Parking: The lot itself is small, and the drive-through runs right through the middle during a busy time. You may have to wait for a drive-thru to move before you can pull out

Kid-friendliness: The staff do provide a pleasant interaction.

I went here and ordered a cheesey bean and rice and not only was my rice hard but the whole thing taste like a cinnamon twist? I don’t understand how that works but with every bite I’m getting hints of a cinnamon twist. The staff has been rude in the past but not this time

Went through the drive through today ordered a cravings box that comes with a drink and 3 drinks. Only got 2 drinks had to tell the girl in the window I didn’t get my drinks. She had an attitude and complained. My food was cold in the middle and my taco was hard as a rock. And didn’t give me no sauce
