Terrible manager. But it's something that wasn't a big deal. A big deal with an easy peasy. Fix. Simply requested another table and my Lord he couldn't figure it out

Food was good. As always it's not easy to find a steak that is both flavorful and tender. Hubby commented that the Texas Roadhouse steak sauce was delicious.
We had a waiter who had just the right balance between
checking back enough and not checking too much. He did anticipate some of our needs without asking. And was very polite and prompt.
This was our first time in our new town of Centerville, and I have to say it was better than the last few Texas Roadhouse locations that i've been to.
The prices were quite reasonable as prices go these days too.

No wait when we went for lunch. Server was very capable and did a great job. The atmosphere was way too noisy. They need to ask do you want butter, or honey butter, for your rolls, and not assume that you want honey butter. Paying for the ticket on the kiosk is the pits, because you cannot get a receipt. It says it will email it to you if you put in your email, and then when you click on your email, you just go to this website for the company that is furnishing that kiosk, but you never see your receipt. That needs to be changed, for older people at least. That makes me not want to go back, that and the noisy atmosphere. I felt like my receipt was a little high for what we ordered, but yet I could not check our receipt. I think I will stick with Longhorn where we have zero issues.

First time visit, went on a Saturday evening. Service was very good. Having only been there once, I can't say anything good or bad about their food. The steak filet salad I had was good, but nothing to get excited about. Their yeast rolls were really good.

I won't be going back on a Saturday night, because it was extremely loud in there. And I'm pretty sure Friday nights are just as bad, if not worse. When you just about have to yell, to be heard by someone sitting directly across the table from you, that's too loud for my liking. Had we not been there for a family gathering, I would not have stayed. 40 years ago I'd been alright with it, but not now in my old fogie years.

The wife has been there a few times for lunch and said it's not as bad, so I might try it lunch some time.

Friday 12/5/25 very busy night, we came to celebrate my brothers birthday and it was amazing. Food was very good and came out pretty fast. The wait was long though we had a reservation for a big party and we got sat in two different tables. But the service was great. Logan was funny and outgoing, did an excellent job and took care of us even though they were swamped. Next time I go back, will definitely have to ask if he can be our server again 10/10!

I just want to thank publicly our table’s waitress for making the decision to have her friend/roommate (whomever) bring our on-duty waitress’s toddler up to the restaurant during her shift.

Her priorities instantaneously shifted from doing her job - and servicing our table - to continuously going to go check on her friend and kid. She seemed to be halfheartedly in charge of some new(er) trainee, or something…which she also didn’t do.

Nevermind that the kid was an absolute disruption. Not listening/obeying his ward and running around the dinning room underfoot during service hours, trying to get to his mom. He threw things about the dining area, threw his kids menu upon the ground, was kicking the underside of his table, and even turned around and screamed — and I mean SCREAMED in another patron’s ear in the booth behind him.

I appreciate your staff member having such forethought and responsibility to treat your dining room as a subsidized day care - at the cost of the experience of your paying customers.

Neither the waitress nor trainee have been very attentive, we’ve had to ask for refills - despite every glass on the table sitting empty.

My brother’s birthday meal was absolutely stupendous, thanks to her lack of responsibility and prioritization of her assigned duties.

I went to Texas Roadhouse recently, and it was exactly the kind of lively, comfort-food dinner I was in the mood for. The place has that familiar buzz the moment you walk in — the mix of country music, people chatting, rolls coming out hot from the oven, and the smell of steaks on the grill. It’s energetic without feeling chaotic, and somehow still manages to feel welcoming even when it’s busy.

We started with the fresh rolls (honestly, impossible to say no to) — warm, soft, and paired with that cinnamon butter that could probably make anything taste good. For my main meal, I went with a ribeye and a loaded baked potato. The steak came out with a great sear, cooked just the way I asked, and full of flavor. The potato was loaded but not messy, generous enough to feel like a meal on its own. Someone in our group got the ribs, and they fell right off the bone — tender, saucy, and exactly what you expect from a place like this.

Service was friendly and upbeat. Our server checked in at the right times, kept drinks filled, and handled the busy dinner rush like it was nothing. Even with a full crowd, the food came out quicker than I expected.

Overall, Texas Roadhouse is one of those places where you know what you’re getting — hearty food, loud and fun atmosphere, and consistently good service. If you’re in the mood for a solid steak or ribs in a lively, down-to-earth setting, it’s a great pick. I’d go back without hesitation.
