Pad Thai was the bomb! Masaman curry was just OK. I tried the Tom Yum soup for the first time. It was quite tasty with a good bit of spice.
Service was excellent - thanks Yasmine! It was our anniversary dinner so she surprised us with an order of fresh made donuts! They have a large menu and I want to go back and try some other things.
The place was very clean with comfortable accommodations.

We have not been to Thai Pepper in person but have ordered to go a few times since moving to Georgia. We have absolutely loved all the sushi and pad Thai we have eaten from this restaurant. Our kids like it too!

This was absolutely amazing!! I stumbled on this place while in the area visiting!!! I initially was going to just get it to go but after placing the order decided to dine in!!!! The food was great!!! The service was top notch!!!! Yasmine was my server and took great care of me!!! Also if you are GF the menu points out GF items and the staff did everything to make sure there were no risks! I would have taken a pic but I destroyed the evidence before my review!!! I will be back!!!!

Foods delicious however on the pricer side of comparable restaurants. To go orders have had several issues including missed orders placed online. Confusing website claims to use several delivery and ordering services only to find out later they no longer use some of the services and caused somewhat of a hassle to receive payment reimbursement. Issue very low quality plastic utensils with to go orders for the premium price. Love the ginger dressing however the salad itself is lack luster and less than fresh on more than 3 occasions. My favorite Thai restaurant in the past however due to minor disappointments, I will be trying a new suggested option that recently opened in the area.

Here are things we experience that I think they can improve on:
1. Miso soup is luke warm. It might be sitting in a pot for quite awhile.
2. Hot tea is also luke warm. We had to request another teapot.
3. The calamari is bland, not seasoned at all. The squid is not seasoned and the batter is also tasteless.
4. Main entree. The hard boiled egg on chef's specialty beef on rice is cold. Not like refrigerated cold but as if it has been sitting out.
5. The taste of the main entree (mentioned above) is average as well. Not worth $20+ in my opinion.
6. The Tiger roll is average. It tastes like sushi I can buy from groceries. I don't mean it tastes bad but it is par.

Good note:
The service is nice and quick. The customer service is good.
The ambiance is okay.

I love Asian food. I wish you would take this as a note to improve.

As someone who is very picky with Thai/Asian cuisine, this place rocked my socks. I decided to try Thai Pepper for the first time after a quick Google search as I love Thai food, and this spot will remain at the top of my list. It’s tucked in a corner of a plaza next to an Asian grocery market. Plenty of parking and space. The service was excellent, the staff were so kind and friendly. Our waitress was quick with greeting us, taking our order, checking on us, and everything in between.

Just ate dinner here. Our waitress, McKenzie, was extremely uninviting, unattentive, and rude. She did not smile once at us. She rushed us the bill without any inquiry on whether we were ready or not. When we both ask for bags for our to-go plates, she only brought us one. And she basically threw the bag on the table. Utterly atrocious customer service skills. It was so bad, I reduced her tip to zero. I don't know what the problem was when all we wanted to do was enjoy a nice dinner. Mackenzie completely ruined that experience. I hope the management staff address this issue with her. I would not recommend this place on this account. Let the reader be forewarned.

It’s 5 stars because of the quality of food. But please.when prepping the bags for take out stop putting cold food with hot food. My mango salad was cooked by the time I got home.

SKIP P Goy and come STRAIGHT HERE!
Scarlet and Anna truly looked like they were enjoying their evening and were happy to take my order even though it was close to closing. I ordered over the phone - the hostess cared enough to call me back to tell me that the dishes I ordered had allergens I had specified and helped me choose different items! even though again they were closing soon! Amazing flavors and exceptional service - P Goy wouldn’t even let me order takeout a whole half an hour before close- good riddance! Happy to eat at Thai Pepper instead.

I visited this Thai and sushi restaurant and ordered a roll called Hot Mama along with another sushi roll. While the presentation looked nice at first, I was disappointed with the flavor. Both rolls were drenched in sauce and not in a good way. The overwhelming amount of sauce made them too salty and hard to enjoy, masking the freshness and balance that good sushi should have.

On the positive side, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the interior of the restaurant had a nice, cozy vibe. However, during my visit, the staff was talking loudly among themselves and didn’t seem to be paying close attention to what was going on in the restaurant. That made the experience feel less polished and a bit distracting.

I think this place has potential, especially with its great atmosphere and friendly service. But the sushi needs more balance, and the team could improve their attentiveness to elevate the overall dining experience.
