First impressions mean alot to me, and this first impression wasn't very good. I wanted to order the Shrimp and Grits, but was told you didn't have any. So I ended up ordering the Seafood Rice instead. It was just okay, and not a "must ha e" in the future. I also wanted to get a Arnold Palmer, but was told they didn't have any sweet tea. Located behind the Underground barbershop. I noticed the restaurant and popped in one day. The menu selection was pretty decent for the price and the food was very good. Not everyone can cook soul food, but Christina's does a nice job. I ordered the fried ribs, cabbage with Mac n cheese. Son ordered a wing comb. We both were very pleased. Good food, very authentic. The service was friendly. I had the steak tacos ? with rice and beans. Ask for some hot salsa ?. The heat in the salsa sneaks up on you. You might want to bring cash, the credit card machine was not working.
