I had a fantastic experience with exceptional customer service at this store. The employees greeted me warmly upon arrival, immediately making me feel welcome. They were patient as I placed my order, offering helpful advice and recommendations for selecting the perfect smoothie. Came to this store so many times. They are always friendly and food is always delicious. The store is always clean. They always suggest me new smoothies based on what kind of fruits I like and it’s always amazing. Lately I am addicted to mango lime colada smoothie. It is really delicious. I look forward to go here everyday. Can’t wait to try many more smoothies.

Employees didn’t greet me when I came in, they seemed like they were mad I wanted to order. They made my drinks and they were horrible. It tasted like 75% ice instead, disgusting will never go here again.

Worse customer service, Jetty drink not drinkable and threw away. second time coming to this location for granddaughter and service and drink does not compare to other locations. Will not be back and have already written Home Office on service and that customers should be met with friendly faces. Management needs to retrain.

Absolutely love this place!! I love to enjoy a good smoothie or "healthy choice food on the go" after my workouts and when I'm in-between means and running, doing a lot. Everyone is always nice & friendly, clean establishment, great food, little to no wait (good fast service) ??

I only keep coming here the past 3 years because it’s close to my job and I enjoy a lighter meal but there’s just always a problem. Ex: missing items from my order, smoothies made wrong, rude employees, and this one young lady who had her hair completely down while making food… disgusting. Y’all just go to the one by Kroger.
