This is my first time visiting Tropic Smoothie and I absolutely love the welcoming hospitality environment as soon as I walked through the door. Such a friendly place to visit and their Smoothie looks amazing!!

Love the food, however the service today 7/21/25 @12:33 pm was trash. I stood at the pickup counter for 5 minutes while all 4 employees looked me in the face and no one greeted me, asked me what I needed, or offered any help. I could see my food behind the counter, I just needed someone to hand it to me. They however quickly assisted two women who walked in after me… Do better.

Great Customer Service! Drew was very helpful and super nice. The restaurant is super clean, as a former assistant manager of another tropical smoothie location, I am happy to see another great location. definitely will be returning!
