Disappointing Experience...

I stopped by Uncle Maddio’s (133 Margie Dr., Warner Robins) on Friday, October 10, 2025, around 12:30 p.m., and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. Two employees, a male (whose name I believe was Jeremie S., based on my receipt) and a female whose name I don’t know, were noticeably unfriendly and made me feel rushed while ordering.

When my food was ready, I noticed a shelf full of freeze-dried candy and strawberries. Out of curiosity, I asked the male employee if it was like a fun dry-ice candy experience I’d tried at a mall before. His response came across as dismissive and condescending, “Well, it says freeze-dried…” as if I didn’t understand what that meant. The tone and overall attitude from both employees gave off the impression that they just didn’t want to be there.

To make matters worse, the pizza wasn’t as good as I remember it being in the past. Between the poor service, lack of friendliness, and drop in food quality, I left disappointed. Next time, I’ll take my business somewhere that values good customer service, a welcoming environment, and better-tasting pizza.

I ordered a pizza and it was delivered cold and nothing as to what I wanted. There was tomatoes and clumps of cheese thrown onto dry sauceless bread. Its not even that late as to make these kinds of mistakes. Will never and I mean never eat here again.

Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint has completely lost my business. My wife and I, along with members of our church, have ordered from here regularly, but after today I’ll never spend another dollar with them. I called to ask about a simple community partnership through our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and instead of basic respect, I was hung up on multiple times.

When I finally reached a so-called “highest manager,” he was shockingly rude, dismissive, and flat-out said they didn’t care what our nonprofit had to say. He even refused to give my information to the owner. That level of arrogance and disrespect is unacceptable.

If this is how they treat loyal paying customers who just want to support the community, then I strongly advise everyone to take their money to a business that actually values people.

I cannot believe I hadn’t tried Uncle Maddio’s before now. Ordered the Mushroom truffle pizza, added goat cheese, Italian sausage and red onions to the standard ingredients. WOW!! Soooo good! Service was outstanding too! My new favorite for pizza!! YUMMY!!

I am completely DISAPPOINTED with my Uncle Maddio's order and service today, which really sucks because they are usually my go-to pizza delivery restaurant. I ordered $70 worth of food, and every bit of it arrived to my home STONE COLD!! I have NEVER had food delivered to my home that was already cold before. I contacted the manager to express my displeasure and was told that there was nothing that could be done and that the order sits on a warmer until it's picked up so once it leaves the restaurant it's no longer their problem. WHAT?! No credit to my account, no comp on my next order, no refire of my order, NOTHING!? The manager advised me that I needed to contact Door dash and work it out with them....I didn't place my order through door dash, I placed my order online through the Uncle Maddio's website! What is the point of having a manager on staff when they are not interested in resolving customer complaints?? I'll tell you what, I'll just patronize another pizza restaurant from now on since you can't be bothered to satisfy THIS customer. I won't be spending another dime with Warner Robins Uncle Maddio's!

Sean was the very courteous worker who waited on our family dinner. The young man who made our pizza was so polite and accommodating. So thankful for courteous and helpful people.
We highly recommend yall to eat here and I hope you all have these young men waiting on you.... what a blessing!

Used to be my go to pizza spot until the phone conversation I just had with them. I called and asked if they had any specials, they said no and I was like, OK can I order a pizza. He said yes and asked what size pizza. I told him I normally get smalls and cooked longer and it's perfect and all the way done but when I order bigger sizes the middle is always really soft and mushy. I then tried to ask him if there was a way to make a medium or large nice and crispy like the smalls and he cut me off just asking. What size pizza would you like sir, over and over. I swear at least 5 times. I said never mind and hung up. It really irritated me how he was acting so I called back and asked to talk to the manager. He said ok, waited a few seconds then picked the phone back up and said, yes I am the manager. I was like so your the manager also, he said yes. If you are then why put the phone down and act like you gave it to someone else. I told him get ready for a bad review. It sucks because they really did have good pizza.
