Excellent customer service the restaurant have some miss point. Light over booths are dirty collecting dust and bugs. Some of the stainless walls need to be clean a lot of smear marks on it. Condiments area need attention.

Will was super patient with us because we haven’t been here since the menu changed. He was very friendly and you can tell he cares about his job. He took pride in it!!! Highly recommended this place!

Visiting family and was told about this place, and from what I heard I was not let down. Definitely some of the best pizza I’ve ever ate. The workers were amazing for it being close to closing time, very respectful. And vegan friendly , eating area was clean. Definitely going to recommend people in the future.
When I entered i was acknowledged and moved to ordering I ordered a calzone it was decent not the best but not the worst it definitelylost its taste after 2 bites. All the parm jars where empty had to go hunt for one. Staff was decent. But definitely not good enough to bring me back for a second time.

First time trying. Not overly impressed! Had a 10" 5 topping pizza. It was good enough to cure my craving, but not good enough to bring me back.Employees were friendly but not super attentive. All the cheese shakers in the dining room were basically empty. No forks in the silverware. Store could be cleaner, needed swept.The exhaust hood was not performing well and had ask Manager to open a door so we would be able to stay, which he was happy to do. Just should not have needed to ask after talking to him at the counter about the smoke already and him stating it's a problem when they cook the wings.Will say the ingredients seemed fresh. Not my favorite thin crust. Sauce was tasty....Next time we'll go back down the street to the competition, just better!

Wife and I were passing through and was staying at the Byron exit, called to ask about delivery. After being placed on hold was told that we were JUST inside the delivery area. We ordered calzones that were very good, the delivery driver was very friendly and was prompt. We were pleased with everything except for feeling that coming the 12 minutes to our hotel was an inconvenience, as we were JUST inside the delivery area. With a take out/delivery order the person answering the phone IS your place of business. Your food being good saved this review.
